I do not go there often because of the terrible customer service. There are two African American ladies. One lady is fair skinned and the other is darker toned. They have the NASTIEST attitudes I’ve ever encountered. Once my order was missing a whole hashbrown. I went inside and they both walked pass and around me as if I were not there. Making eye contact and NEVER once said we will be right with you. This morning, I politely ordered from the value menu for my child and then a combo for myself. They were at the window talking about me as if money was not spent and I inconvenienced them in some way with my decision. Customer Service is the job

Everything was horrible!! I brought my hampster here to have it’s last meal before being put down and the service was the worst! The workers refused to accommodate to my hampster’s preferences on the amount of lettuce on the burger. My hampster’s pube fell off in shock, into my sprite. My hampster was put down while still in despair of this experience! Do better burger king!

Terrible. Ordered through the app and got my order wrong. Second time in 2 trips. Not sure how this location is even still in business. Management should be ashamed. Tried to get a refund through the app and was told “by there AI assistant” that they would contact me in 2 days. I don’t see Burger King lasting much longer if this is the quality of service they’re offering.

Very well lit place with lots of seating, quality food is good, ample parking and very cleanly bathrooms and eating area. Makes you feel like you’re in a sit down restaurant rather than a fast food joint.

Terribly disappointing service. mozzarella sticks are so hard it feels like they were cooked days ago and reheated in a microwave. Chicken sandwich was freezing cold. They didn’t give me marinara either after specifically asking. such a waste of money
