Hard to believe I used to love Burger King as a kid. I was hungry, so I decided to try a couple of their items for breakfast. One thing service and quality are not job one for sure maybe not even job too.

After working for 11 hours delivering packages I decided to order from this Burger King because its close to my station. Big mistake. I ordered two impossible whoppers. The meat was raw. Whoever cooks at this place is no good. Food needs to be cooked evenly. The meat was still red and it felt like was still cold from the fridge. That is not a good quality food and I am hoping that BK will be refunding me without any issues.

Sat in drive thru line one for 20 minutes, line not moving. Waiting. Waiting. Someone pulls into line 2 and is waited on immediately. As is the person behind them. I tell the guy behind me to go to line 2 and I follow him. Someone pulls into line 1 and immediately gets helped. Don’t trust the employees not to ignore you and instead head for one of the MANY other fast food places close by.

After two further visits here, I need to update this review. When the location first opened. It was fantastic, I pulled into the drive-thru a few weeks ago and never got assistance, drove around the building and the employees were standing outside. They have two drive-thru Lanes, and we waited in the outside Lane along with a couple other cars and no one ever helped us, they just kept feeding the inside lane through. Had to move to that inside Lane to get any help.

Burger King is my go to spot. This particular store I visited twice now. The first time it was pleasant and quick. The staff were nice at the window and there was no wait.
This time I went through the drive through again with coworkers on break and was greeted pleasantly again by the lady working the window. While waiting for our food we began to converse with the lady at the window. The manager on duty at the time came to the window and wanted to pull us up. She was unable to due to us having a trailer attached to the truck we were in. She (the manager) became annoyed by the fact that we had to sit at the window and wait. Her attitude was at this point unpleasant. Another employee handed us out food and while the food exchanged hands, I asked the lady for the name of the manger. The manager then walked up to the window and yelled at us stating “ get out of my drive through!!!! Without further incident or confrontation we left. I never did receive the managers name.

I went to the drive thru ordered a breakfast sausage, egg, and cheese croissant. Food was hot and fresh and I received it fast. The young lady at the drive thru window was very professional. She had a bright smile and was very welcoming. I would definitely go back to this location to place an order.

When I walked in, I was greeted and helped immediately. The workers were so nice and respectful and took care of me and my family. Our food didn’t take long at all and was pipping hot and fresh. The dining area was clean and so well taken care of we decided to stay inside and eat. It was the best fast food experience I’ve had in a while and I would totally recommend everyone to come to this location.

Be sure and tell them no salt on the fries. They try to kill you over salting the fries. Terrible. A waste of food and a waste of salt. It is so salty you can’t eat it.
