I have had so many negative experiences here. One notable one is when they shorted me an item and support refused to offer anything but a coupon which the store of course does not accept which is completely ridiculous. Support stated there was nothing else they could do. Another time I went to pick up an order and they said they couldn’t make it because they had no meat. That’s insane. It’s a Burger King and they can’t make me a burger?

Got 8 burgers hot off the broiler. They were perfect. This has been one of the better BK locations in the area. They typically quick and accurate, wich is all i ask in fast food. If only BK would bring back the apple pie.

First of all, you don’t go to Burger King for fine dining. You come here for a decent meal, quickly, and at a fair price. This BK does all of that, but in addition with friendly service and a very clean store. This is by far the best Burger King on the northshore!

Every time I have gone to this Burger King there are always new employees and the employees that have been there for a long time, are so grumpy and miserable! Fast forward to almost 2 weeks…the new employees now have the mentality of the employees that have been there for a long time! So the vibe is very negative and when I asked if they heard me tell them thank you they just look at me and say yes and that’s it…Iet me just say this that if I acted the way the employees at Burger King act, not only would I have been written up but my mother would have made my life miserable for at least a good 2 weeks because of the disrespect! Okay, now the positive point is they are on point with the food! So if you can handle a major attitude problem with an employee but yet have a wonderful breakfast I highly recommend this place!

Kyle took our order in the drive thru and he was awesome. Polite, efficient, and understanding and patient when I changed my mind about my order. Then while waiting at the window he gave me & my boyfriend each a crown which was just fun & nice. The food was good as Burger King can get, the inside & outside looked clean & organized.
