I waited at the front for service and after four minutes somebody finally acknowledged me the funny thing is I was the only one in the restaurant besides the employees. After over six minutes, I am now leaving since I saw that I passed the McDonald’s on the way. As someone who manages restaurants and has for over a decade, this is unacceptable. You have multiple people within range to say hello. Will be right with you unfortunately, that took about 3 to 4 minutes. This location is obviously more focused on the drive-through than they are anyone coming in to the actual store. I have been to this location multiple times now whether it’s in the middle of the night whether it’s in the morning whether it And each time the service is absolutely horrible. I have never actually been able to have the food here because the SERVICE is horrible. I will never ever be back. I know I said that before, but I’m not even interested in Burger King as a company anymore. Every Burger King Experience I have had in New Orleans in the surrounding area have been horrible and absolutely laughable, but I do want to say I appreciate businesses like this Help make my restaurant look good. People will deal with just about anything if you provide good service, but you can’t have horrible food AND horrible service

I would give you ZERO Stars if it allowed it. I’ve been ordering the exact same Whopper with Cheese—no lettuce, no tomatoes—for over 40 years. What I got this time was a Whopper Jr. fully dressed, completely wrong. I understand orders get mixed up it’s how you staff reacted like it was MY FAULT.
The patty I did receive (See Photos) looked like it had been sitting in a warmer for hours—burnt edges, dry as cardboard. I thought these were supposed to be cooked fresh? Clearly not here.
The order taker got it wrong, the dining room was nearly empty, no line in the drive-thru, yet it still took 14 minutes to hand me the wrong order.
This is exactly why Burger King keeps falling behind. If Chick-fil-A served burgers, you and McDonald’s wouldn’t stand a chance.

Unprofessional, slow as molasses, chatting at window for a long time while others waited behind in line. I went inside but saw this from the counter. Eventually Mojica had the car at the window pull around so she could go outside and continue the conversation. I had already ordered and eventually the other lady saw me at the counter waiting for a long long time. She prepared our food and gave it to me. The onion rings were cold and soft. It was a terrible experience.

the food is fine its just the worker was rude i was polite the whole time i ordered my meal i heard her say “ma’am!” so i went to go get the food but it appears it was for someone else anyone could make that mistake but she yelled at me telling everyone in the restaurant that im trying to steal someone’s food obviously not but when i tried to talk to her to tell her i was not trying to take someone else’s food she went straight to the back of the restaurant and another of the workers just told me she was just having a bad day. no excuse to treat someone with disrespect when i was polite the whole time.

This may be the longest I’ve ever waited for an order at a fast food restaurant. I could’ve gotten out my car and walked to Mr eds nextdoor and had them make me an actual burger from scratch before they served one of the two cars in front of me

Arrived at 11:50pm(they close today at 1am) and was told in a rude tone “We don’t have burgers only ckicken and fries!”. I mean… it’s BURGER King not Popeyes… How do they not have Burgers… I’ve been to many Burger King’s throughout the USA and NEVER have been told they did not have burgers… Seems like the employees are just lazy and don’t want to do their job. HORRIBLE experience at this location. Don’t recommend anyone going here…

I truly dont understand why the folks who work here are so incredibly rude. Every.single.time! Ive come here a multitude of times thinking “just a rough day” or “maybe they’re short staffed”. But the customer service is absolutely miserable every time.

To whom this may concern in this blue car when you are on the clock and you’re not doing what you’re getting paid to do it’s considered larceny by employee. I was refused service at 12:30am after the employee told me that the restaurant was closed. Normally at this time these people who supposedly work at this establishment are outside smoking and not doing what they are supposed to be doing. Be aware customers and don’t waste your time.

This Place Needs to Be shut down immediately! Managers are Rude and Lazy, Smells of sewage Rats and Roaches, always Smokey in the inside. Something is not right seem like someone is getting over collecting a free check
