The sandwich was alright I guess, but the hashbrowns were so disgusting I ended up throwing them away. Completely empty on the inside and soaked in grease. Not sure how they managed to cook something so hard that the food inside literally disintegrated and also manage to make it soaking wet with grease. Shame on the employee who put this in the bag

Hire people who know how to provide half way decent customer service. The young lady who took my order was speaking so low I had to keep asking her to repeat herself. That was at the speaker and the window. Get to the window soon as I pay I’m asked to pull around and my food would be brought out to me. Nobody was in line before or after me but I had to pull at. Young lady comes out. Her pants are falling off and she proceeds to pull them up while holding my bag. I noticed her fingernails has more dirt under them than what my work boots have on them. Ma’am you are working in public but most importantly you are working with food. Get yourself together. Get my food after waiting and everything was lukewarm or completely cold. Food and the coffee. So what did I pull around and wait for?

I have been twice. I keep getting told to park the car when no one else is there… no one after me in line. Food is usually cold and fried in oil that has had something burnt in it. Pass.

Had the brisket whopper…. hardly had any brisket and looked like the whole thing was squished. Fries weren’t done either. The one we stopped at in Picayune was phenomenal

Went through drive up, ordered French toast only, was told to drive to double door food would be brought out, About a minute later a truck pulled behind me then a minute ot 2 another car pulled behind the truck. I wait almost 10 minutes then the employee came out with all the orders at one time. I should not have to wait for everyone’s orders to be ready before I get my order
