I came through the drive thru my order consisted of four wraps 3 spicy and 1 CLASSIC (the lady over the speaker wrong in a honey mustard) a whopper and 2 of the Franken sundays when we got to the window the nice young gentleman read the order back to us and we asked him to correct the error on order and he assured us he did he then gave us our drinks and sundays and told us it was going to be a wait for the wraps as they had just dropped the chicken for the wraps after waiting ten minutes he brought our food out I then asked if they could remake the sundays because they had already started melting and he was pleasantly nice about it and told me he would not even two minutes later the same lady that had already messed the order comes out with said Sundays in hand turning the upside down flailing her arms with the nastiest attitude telling me they are barely melted and wasn’t going to remake them to which I told her that they had already started melting and by the time I got home so she huffed and talked ride under her breath and walked inside and then brought what I’m sure is either the same ones due to them being super runny when we got home less then a 5 minute drive or just angrily made so skimped on either way she was rude and disgusting and didn’t do her job right

The very very big oversized employee that stands there bagging food and does nothing else is by far the worst employee that place has and definitely has shown that he shouldn’t be in the service industry. I’ve came in with my family to order food and he won’t even turn and take two step to acknowledge us or take our order. He’ll take the time to acknowledge everyone who comes in after us though. I’ve also been to this location as a door dasher to pick up food and again, the same employee does noting but stand at the hot table waiting for food to come up and WILL NOT turn his back to acknowledge you unless it to argue about how long you stood there BECAUSE he refuses to acknowledge you. I have multiple friends and family members who also door dash and also live in the neighborhood and we all have similar stories of this guy doing the most to avoid serving people.

I was very gratefully surprised to get a freshly made hot whopper and hot French fries w/o asking for it. I rarely get BK so I was delighted. I abhor lukewarm food so I am very satisfied.

I made an doordash. The food was good and fresh. When the order got to my houses. We didnt have straws in the bag. My sandwich was made wrong I never ask for jalapeños and their some on mine on top of the I asked for my sandwich to be cut in half. I cant eat spicy cause of my stomach. I would love guys to give a free meal for the convince.

I have been sitting at the drive up waiting to place my order for 20 min (not exaggerating) if it wasn’t 12:45pm I would wonder if they are open (also cars in front and behind me) several cars behind me have pulled away. Not really “fast” food. Im a patient person so if when I pulled up they said something like “be right with you” or something at least I know the speaker was working….had to eat on my way back to work.

Drive through window is incredibly hard to reach. Passenger had to get out to get food and when they did sliped and fell on spilled food right out the car door, scraping them up pretty bad.
It’s not as if they don’t know the setup of their drive through window is a struffor short cars, no employees should be even trying to hand food through the window to anything but SUVs or Trucks until it is renovated to fix this.

I did DoorDash I ordered the whopper meal. I have never seen whopper meal come with pork and mine came with pork mind you I am allergic to pork. This Burger King suck. My food was cold like they took it out of the fridge and it had bacon on it, which I did not order.
