They always mess up my order, either missing items or don’t make food correctly. Missing bacon or not removing topping like tomato when asked and even states on receipt. Workers are usually nice though. I haven’t been there in 6+ months but I gave them another try today and they still suck. Might as well drive the extra 10 minutes to go to the BK on Dodge St.

Arrived at the drive-thru at 11:30 pm. They close at midnight. I ordered an Oreo sundae. They said they already shut down the machine so they can’t make one. I said, “So you closed early.” They said, “Sorry.” My issue is…why have your closing hours at midnight when you shut off your machines at 11:30 pm (or earlier) and you can’t order what you want?! Just have your closing hours at 11:30 pm…when you turn off your machines. ♀️

Had a mobile pickup order and got to the store to get my order. No one acknowledged me at the drive thru. Pulled up to the window and employees just looked at me, never even came to the window. Went to front door and it was locked. They took my money and never gave me my order. Wasted a half an hour and my money. Don’t go here, customer service is non existent!

Normally when I come here there’s a high chance it’ll be closed. However, today I was shockingly surprised! It was open, at least 3 cars in front of me (which is good, I want them to stay open) and the worker taking my order and at the window was FANTASTIC! I just want them to know they were awesome and I hope this location continues to improve. Food was amazing as always too!

If I could give zero stars I would. I went inside just now two people in the kitchen and nobody at the counter. They were both on their phones and would not acknowledge my existence at all when I wanted to order. I left and went to McDonald’s across the street.

I went here and not only was the girl working yelling at people through the drive through, but was yelling at everyone in the lobby and cussing and following people outside to yell at them. I’ve never seen worse customer service or worse human beings. Disgusted to say the least.
