So not sure what goes on at this place. This is the second time I’ve had a problem. So first time I went here last week. They tried telling me that tap wasn’t working. Okay, whatever it’s right next to my daughter’s school. That’s fine, so I waited for them to say something to me. Because I asked them if they had a different register. And they closed the door and ignored me. So I drove away, so today I went back. I actually have a credit card. I go back go through the line. There’s like three people in front of me. I wait, I get to the window. They take my card, and then they don’t give it back. And I’m sitting there for at least 10 minutes, and then finally they open it and ask if I have cash, and I said, no. I don’t have cash. I gave you my cart, and then they didn’t say anything to me. They just shut the door again, and then finally They rang me up the whole experience, took at least twenty minutes.I just don’t understand what these people are doing here.But they don’t know what’s going on.And they don’t have any customer service skills

Saturday hours state 24/7…. I have 2 orders to pick up for door dash and they are not open. Called store several times. People in store are just staring at me. Nobody coming to window… burger king fox your schedule so we dont waste our time and gas coming to pick up orders for your customers. Also get your employees.. to at least acknowledge people sitting at the window instead of just staring and turning away like they dont see you and ignoring the calls…. update…. after sitting here at the window for 15 minutes and then deciding to write this review a lady came to the window… let’s see how long these orders take

Would love to talk to the franchise manager about how much business your own employees are screwing you out of. They close early all the time but look to be on the clock till exactly midnight hmmmm. I have wasted and lost out on hundreds of dollars trying to pick up orders from this store and they are always pulling the same thing.

Went through the drive through and ordered after my daughter got home from school and their tap was not working. I told them that their tap was not working. She looked at me like she didn’t understand I repeated it back to her. She said she understood close the window, got 2 other people and then just ignored me, never came back to the window, just stood there. Singing the other two people again. Ignored me too. For at least 5 minutes would not pay me any bit of attention. Didn’t tell me hey Our tap isn’t working. We’re gonna blah blah blah. I mean, I’d ask them if they had another register. And then that was that they just never spoke to me again, extremely rude. I wasn’t rude at all. I would never suggest going to this place.

This location always gets my order right. Fast service and of course very convenient. I would prefer, though, that the employees cashing me out in the drive-thru would ask if I need extra sauces because sometimes I forget. Would be very much appreciated.

What I Ordered:
1 Big Fish combo.
1 Big fish sandwich
Missing 2nd sandwich.
I tried calling, but their phone didn’t work and according to another Burger King in South Omaha it hasn’t worked in a long while.
So I drove back there
with food & drink untouched. The manager who took the order, she proceeds to tell me it’s all there. Upon opening the sandwich..wait for it….

What the Mgr “heard” and I Received:
1 Big Fish combo with TWO
fish patties in the bun.
Who would order such a sandwich? I’ve never heard of it , but to each his own. That’s not me and neither is being a customer at this Burger King ever again. After giving them 3 tries today , yes 3 Im done. I received a refund after some pushback. I left the untouched food and drink on the counter. If you notice your burgers from this location doesn’t have grill marks it’s because I believe they take the frozen patties and throw them in the microwave. Anyone who’s ever worked at or eaten at Burger King knows burgers are to be passed through the broiler. Put in the steamer or made to order.
In a rush during lunch we often don’t check our receipts or food. Lesson learned. By the time this posts the phone may be working and there may be grill marks on those burgers as I have done my due diligence. I hope some of you find the two fish Patty tales/tails funny. I certainly didn’t at the time.
