I haven’t had a burger in over a year so I decided to try Burger King for a quick treat. Walking into the store there were many men who all knew each other. I couldn’t believe I was treated like I was part of a big family of people. The employees and the customers all made me feel special. The burger was hot, juicy, and fresh.

It was busy, very busy, it was Christmas on 12/25/2022 and Burger King was the only place open. Yes I did wait almost an hour but I was also 12th in line when I got there so I totally understood, by the time I got up to the window ten more cars piled behind me. The customer service was amazing, the lady taking the orders was amazing and super friendly as the guy at the window was as well. The food was nice and warm and fresh. Everyone should appreciate them being open on Christmas since most of them do have family they are missing time with, but to have a good attitude on top they deserve the world!

Worst fast food in Great Bend. Always cold food. They don’t like you asking for fresh. Manager always argues. Long waits in Drive Thru or inside. Dirty restaurant. Rude staff. All of this is why they’re never busy. Owners do not care apparently.

The crew was awesome this evening! They were super busy, but short handed, however the guy running the window was very friendly despite being so busy with minimal staff (the norm everywhere nowadays). I tried to leave a survey, but was unable to read my survey code due to the receipt not being readable. The two running the place tonight deserve recognition, as it seems like not a lot of people want to show up and work these days, but the employees this evening had no issue handling it!
