This place was awful the entire time I’ve lived in Newton. Literally the most disgusting, dirty, disorganized fast food place I’ve ever had the displeasure of witnessing. Then after years of crap they finally remodel. I decided oh we’ll go to Burger King and we’ll try it again and see if it’s any better so we go there and guess what? No food. This Burger King always finds a reason not to give you your food and if they do it’s horrible. Don’t go here. You might as well. Just go to one of the thousand McDonald’s we got in town. It’s crappy but at least you know it is. Don’t be fooled by the outside of the building. It may look pretty but inside they got the same workers and the same crummy food they’ve always had.

I come through here time to time. sometimes the fries could be a little fresher but the burger is always good. I like extra onion on my whopper. Whoever made this, needs a raise. Asked for heavy onion and they gave me.. wait for it… heavy onion. Best whopper I ever had. keep it up in the back.

Trust me I would go here again and again. Food is tasty and was made quickly. Now yes there is some dirty stuff, but they are extremely short staffed. I asked why and apparently the District Manager isn’t allowing more than two people to work at a time.

Got a whopper and a chicken sandwich. The buns were stale on both things. The chicken on the sandwich was burnt to a crisp. I didn’t know that till I got home or I wouldn’t of accepted it. The place isnt clean at all. The only good thing was the lady running the front end was nice. But she was outside smoking when I got there and didn’t even wash her hands before going back to work. That’s pretty nasty.

Woman at drive thru was rude and acted like we we’re an inconvenience by placing an order. Even when we pulled up to the window she was giving my brother and I dirty looks. My whopper was disgusting to say the least…old lettuce, enough mayo and mustard for three sandwiches. The burger was so bad that by the time we got home I was sick to my stomach. Very disappointed with the drive thru staff and cook who prepared the food.

This is a great Burger King location. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous and our food was hot and fresh. There was a little bit of a wait due to the long drive thru line, but it was worth the wait. I highly recommend this Burger King location.

We came to eat thru the drive thru at 11:52 pm. We had just left the hospital and were starving. The employee on the speaker said we couldn’t order anything with meat because they shut down the grill. If you are open until midnight. You should keep your grill on until midnight. Will never go back. EVER!!! We left without eating. Really nice food establishment.

It’s been over 20 yrs now that I can remember the AC and heater has been broke in the play place. They can upgrade their ranch to hidden valley brand but still can’t get there air system to work
