Got the bundle for 2 Original Chicken Sandwiches. They let me know the ice cream machine was broken. What they didn’t tell me upon getting my food at home is that they didn’t have the right buns on the sandwich. If you get the original chicken sandwich you know how good the actual bun is for the item… not a whopper bun. I don’t know why I continue to order here. If you’re gonna spend 40 bucks on delivery, don’t do it here.

On going issue at this location(West Plains MO). The parking lot is torn up and was specifically mentioned at a recent City Council Meeting. While the food is good the risk to a vehicle isn’t worth it.

They really need to learn to clean! Tables were nasty! Floors had not been swept or mopped. Soda machine was nasty. We were the 2nd costumers of the day so I know it wasn’t cleaned from the night before. The soda was dried on the machine.

Out showing property today and stopped to grab a bite to eat. Downloaded the app but it wasn’t working properly (probably my fault). The manager gave us a great discount and upgraded the order to large. I was impressed with his service, it’s much appreciated. Food was great for fast food! Tried the Texas Double Whopper, it was pretty good but don’t know what I was thinking…too much food!

Went in around 5:45pm and the fries were hot. But the onion rings are almost always overcooked and hard as a rock. BTW the parking lot sucks. One of those potholes just right and you’ve got major damage to your car

We have been through the drive-thru 3 times. Two out of those three times our order was missing items or was prepared wrong. Check your order before you leave the parking lot. I will just skip them from now on.

It was typical Burger King food but was prepared well. It was nice to have hot food rather than just warm. The tacos were okay, not as good as most jack in the box locations.
