Very disappointed in my food, I got it. Was bread was hard? Chicken fries was old and cold. Soda was nasty. Soda machine in the lobby wasn’t working talk to the manager. And all she could say, is, i’m sorry, not.Hey let’s make this ride or nothing like that do better Marshfield Missouri

Horrible experience. Shift leader was not leading, kid running the register was walking around doing nothing but causing chaos. Took 10+ minutes to get someone to take our order and then 20+ min to get the food. Only to be cold. The shift leader was rude when customers got frustrated and put her hand in a customers face when they said thank you for their food when they FINALLY got it. 3 people from drive through either came back or came in to get corrected orders that had been messed up and the door dash people had to wait 10+ min for orders when most of the food was up just needed the chaotic kid to do something. The cook and other woman were doing a great job. Restaurant was filthy and atmosphere was absolutely a nightmare.

Ordered 2 fish sandwiches with extra tartar sauce and lettuce. Took them home and when we unwrapped them, neither had any extra of which i paid an extra .60 and the lettuce was brown. Disgusting. We threw them in the trash. Total rip off of $11.38.

I order a big king burger and got this tiny sandwich with a 3 inch bun. This sandwich is hardly bigger than a mini slider. I did ask since the sandwich didn’t look much like what I had gotten previously and I was told that it was the correct product. If that is the correct product, then the word big shouldn’t appear in the name. This looks like something I would get on a McDonald’s dollar menu. Another sandwich on a recent order was either covered in flour or something on the bottom of the bun. Very poor quality.

Went through the drive-thru this evening. What a waste of money. My fries were old and the pickles on my burger were tuff the bun wasn’t the best either. My dog thought it was pretty good I guess she ate them. I know it isn’t always like this last I went there fries were hot and fresh so was the burger but, Not tonight
