1/30/26 11:00 am. Your kiosks dont work! I stood there for what seemed to be eternity and watched a cashier fix a large pick up order. I finally said wouldnt it be a great idea to ring me up so the 5+ people that were talking about non related stuff pertaining to BURGER KING could possibly start my order? She threw down what she was working on with attitude and took my order. I still waited an additional 12 minutes for my food as only one person broke away from the chatting group. When I finally got my order that cashier was still working in the pick up order from 20 minutes ago. TEAMWORK definitely does NOT exsist. My food was cold especially the fries. If your sales are down you may want to take a look at your staff. Pictures of those people are below!!!

Ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget recieved 3, ordered 8 PC tater tots received 7, my medium fry is smaller than a small and the employee at the counter had the audacity to tell me they were hiring and offer 16 an hour. Went to counter to complain and no one was willing to come speak to me. Enture store reaked of burning weed and when i loudly complained about it the cashier laughed and walked away from the counter. It smelled like someone lit a joint right behind us and we were the only family there. I GET MIGRAINES FROM WEED! My 3 year old said it stinks in here and refused to finish her dinner! HUGE WASTE OF MONEY!!!!! while waiting for food we learned they were messing up back to back drive through orders and didnt care to make it right. Id like a refund immediately because this is absolute bull WE THREW MOST OF THE FOOD AWAY IN STORE AND LEFT. It wasnt worth exposing two small children to Marijuana burning by the same cashier who cant be bothered to close a door before getting high in the kitchen

Did an online order. Myself and other cars were all pulled to the side for 20min. Brought me wrong order. Tried to give my order to someone else. Other cars kept going right through while we waited.
Went and asked for a refund. Manger was rude.

Went through the drive through tonight. I arrived and completed my order at 5:43 pm by the clock in the car. I sat until 6:58 pm. I watched 3 cars in front and 1 behind me leave. I even called the store and was told they only have 6 people working, and I could drive off like the others by Amanda. I watched as repeated attempts to get the dark blue car in front of the trucks order correct and multiple trips inside then out. The truck in front of me begin to honk, after sitting there for another 7 minutes at the window, after the blue car left, like we were all invisible, before they pulled up and went inside to get their food. I watched and at this time the silver car behind me leave. After the red truck received their order people came up front to start filling orders for the lobby and continued taking drive through orders but not serving drive through customers. I would have left but before I could back up to leave the vehicles behind me would pull up. Once the truck was served, but had not pulled up far enough with their trailer so I could pull out as suggested by Amanda, it was another 5 minutes after the truck was served, they came to the window and asked me if I had already been helped. When I pointed out the time I waited and I had called and told they are working as fast as they can, then told I didn’t have to wait, I could have pulled out like others. Really?
Amanda as the manager on duty let me explain how we help all customers within 10 minutes.
1. Discuss who is doing what! Assign duties!! 2. One taking orders at the counter. That one makes drinks for their customers and completes the order to the customers at the counter. 3. One takes drive through orders, they make the drinks and fill the drive through orders. 4. One runs the fryers. They drop everything, pay attention…be quick…fill fries, chicken patties, tater tots, etc… bag them, so counter and drive through can quickly complete their orders. 5. One cooks, you the manager #6, doesn’t have time to answer the phone…you are right there with the cook. You are keeping an eye out where others need you. Wow, that’s 6 people. If it can work on the beach when I worked there it can work in a small town off a small interstate. Too bad the guy taking the trash out that I spoke to said there were several cooking and 4 up front, working the drive through whenhe looked in the back windowwhere the sunfaded burger king crowns are.
I ordered a whopper with cheese. No cheese. I asked for no catsup. It had catsup. I asked for the 8 PC jalapeño bites. I was charged for 8 PC. I received 3pc. The food was cold, because it had probably been sitting there for a while in the bin. I was literally trying to give you another chance after last year receiving that hard as a rock bottom bun with a soft molded top bun. No more chances. You get this review instead. Nobody should have to wait this long for cold food and being cheated out of 5 jalapeño bites. DON’T EAT HERE. THEY GOOF OFF IN HOPES YOU WILL DRIVE OFF AND THEY DON’T HAVE TO WORK.

Food was under cooked and sloppy. Service was slow and threw the food away shortly after leaving the drive thru. Would not stop here. I don’t normally leave a bad review, but this was horrible.

We spent 40 bucks here on a meal. Nothing we ordered was correct. We ordered a bacon and Swiss chicken sandwich – it had no bacon or Swiss and was caked in mayo. Two big kings were ordered – no pickle, no tomato, no cheese. They arrived (see pictures) with lots of pickles and lots of cheese. That was for a person who can’t eat dairy… Our entire order was correct on the screen when we ordered it, and when it came out it was all messed up. We were even missing sauces we asked for.
Can anyone here read? Was this a prank? There was no one else in line… how do you mess up this badly?

The best Whopper I’ve had in 5 years! No kidding! Looked just like the photos/TV ads and was piping hot, vegetables were fresh, bun was fresh.Flavor was spot on. Staff were super friendly! Amazing!

A lowly peasant but I have a feeling a king like Louis 8th or George 4 would send the burger messenger straight to the guillotine. 5 stars for me but I’m no king.
