We arrived there tonight at 6:30pm to locked doors. After entering the drive thru and waiting ten minutes we tried to order the new SpongeBob meal and they reported to us they were out of the cheesecake and pineapple drink so it’s just the whopper and nugget things for 15.49. ridiculous. No wonder they had only two cars in the drive thru when we arrived. Instead of purchasing food at this lazy lackluster excuse for a franchise we went to Leavenworth where you will fine an amazing Mexican restaurant called TOREADOS, which has an amazing atmosphere and stellar food! Go there instead of this ramshackle Burger King.

Another good experience. You can tell the staff are working hard in there. It was a little slower than usual today, but my food was hot and fresh and my drink was very fresh and highly carbonated, a perfect mix whoever is dialing that in. Hot and fresh is what matters the most, and they always serve that up right.

Another perfect experience. Friendly staff, perfectly prepared burger, hot fresh fries, everything made the way I ordered it. I go here frequently and it is always . Fantastic management and service workers. Thank you again.

Uploaded the second picture in this review for this update. Triple Bacon King with lettuce and onion added, removed ketchup. Absolutely perfect execution, and hot fries to boot. Everything was hot and fresh and perfectly stacked. This order was from 7:28pm on December 7th, so if you were working there, you know who you are and you all were awesome. This location, as I’ve said, is the best in the city. Order online, be courteous, be patient, and you get the best.

Uploaded another photo of my triple cheeseburger and fries from today. This location is still batting 1000 with me. Fresh fries, HOT burger patties, melted cheese, stacked cleanly. It’s the best Burger King in the metro. Always friendly staff as well.

Somehow this location is able to stay in business despite not having half of their menu for breakfast. 4 of the last 6 visits I was told “sorry no biscuits” well fine I’ll go to McDonald’s… the 5th visit they had biscuits! The 6th visit I simply was given croissants and when I told them they were biscuits the worker simply said sorry this is all we have. When they do have biscuits they are microwaved to the point of being rubberized. How can you not have half of your breakfast menu so often? I just quit stopping by there and likely will never go again despite it being the only fast food restaurant near me. Total waste of time

This is how fast food should be! Served quickly, tasty, and also constructed properly!!! I unwrapped the whopper Jr and original chicken and both were put together perectly…like the “old days!” I didn’t have to reconstruct the sandwiches immediately out of the wrapper. Contents didn’t shoot out of the buns because of condiment overload, very nice experience at this place!

Today my friend and I went to buy burgers and the establishment was closed for no reason, it only served cars. We knocked and no one answered us and when they finally opened they served us old fries and the burger was horrible. It was cooked in a kind of steam or reheated in some way, something I have never seen like that in any Burger King. Usually they are nice, but today, honestly, it was a disappointment. Unfortunately, there is nothing else nearby to eat.

This place was awesome, also a great location for a Burger King. We were super glad when we heard they were building this location here which is much closer to the other locations. The staff was great and very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be going back.

Update since Owner/Corp tried to contact me, I don’t have anything to say to them because I’m not trying to get anything.
The employees were all great, and all working, they tried to make up for the delay with cookies. Which helped my mood but the damage was already done. What I lost can’t be replaced. I went in to get fast food, assuming it would be quick. Instead it took 15 to 20 minutes longer than expected and I missed part of my sons baseball game. I assume management/scheduling is to blame.
Original review: Slower than sit down service restaurants, been here twenty minutes the people in front of me still don’t have their food yet. This is ridiculous.
I haven’t had fast food in a year and now I remember why.
