I’m a frequent flyer at BK on Blue Parkway. But this particular day I went in the service or should I say lack of service was horrible. I stood there for a few minutes then I finally ask the young lady was anyone going to take my order and her response was “my screen is full right now”. Whatever that means. So I continue to wait a few more minutes, thinking that the manager sitting in the lobby behind me would step up…NO SHE DIDN’T!!! While standing there the other young lady was cursing and making rude statements to her coworkers. I understand it’s not fine dining but it’s still a job and people that come there still deserves to have good service PERIOD. I then decided to just leave. I know ppl are going to say this and that. But it’s my money and that’s where I wanted to spend it that day. I know dealing with the public is hard and I do it everyday, but totally ignoring your customers is not the answer. At the end of the day I wasn’t the one that scheduled them to be there.

The food is the best here of all the Burger Kings I have been to in my life–even when living in California. Patricia is the QUEEN of customer service and always makes me feel like a valued customer. I seriously hope she gets a raise or promotion because she is really extremely high-level customer service. I keep wanting to come back here even though there are so many other options that are on this block.

We went to this location on 09/30/25 and ordered a small meal to hold us over. The drive thru cashier was very friendly and attentive, the food was hot and fresh. Her name is Shanelle she is awesome! Good workers are hard to find please keep her.

I must say I’ve visited this site in the day/night time….AND…they are truly night and day. The day shift is courteous and professional….. The dining area is clean from top to bottom. Food was hot and made to order. I will most definitely visit again in the daytime.

Horrible a bunch of young slow and rude young ladies. They had me sitting in the lobby for over 20 mins with not one greeting, they stared walked pass and when I asked for my order to be taken everyone looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language horrible place to think about spending money with horrible staff whoever hired them clearly does not care about running a customer service business!!

I had to wait over 30 minutes in the drive-thru even though there was only one car in front of me. There was no explanation, no sense of urgency, and no acknowledgment of the delay. This was by far the worst service experience I’ve had. Completely unacceptable and very frustrating. I will not be coming back.

This is the worse burger king in my whole history of living for real. Customer service lacks. Cashier was nice at window 1 but the rest suck. He gave my son and I hats.
At windows 2 they Tried to charge me 0.61 cents per ketchup packet. Also food was cold. They argue with customers.
Also didn’t inform me that the new strawberry drinks no matter the size come in one cup but charged me extra for a whopper size drink anyways. Very fishy restaurant.
Also 3 meals cost me $53. Go to McDonalds
