I usually get lunch here once a week to get the benefit from the Upside app. I have always been treated friendly with enthusiasm by Navarrio from Mississippi. He always takes the time to understand the customer and make their experience as pleasant as possible. I’ve noticed he’s good to the other employees as well. This Burger King has a superstar (Navarrio), and will always serve customers well as long as he works here. Thank You

Possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had at fast food. Order the Crispy Onion Whopper online which comes with (cheese, bacon, tomato, lettuce, bbq, crispy onions, onion rings, mayo, pickles). I order this with no mayo and no pickles, pretty easy request I feel, to find that after I got home from picking it up, it was completely wrong. No cheese, no bacon, no lettuce, no bbq, no crispy onions, no mayo, no pickles, and they added regular onions and ketchup. Literally just completely wrong in every way, not even close to what I ordered. So I assumed maybe they just gave me the wrong burger, so I drove back to Burger King and entered the drive thru, to which I told the lady working it that I had a complaint, when she was super loudly interrupted by who I believe was the manager, yelling at me about what was wrong and what happened with my burger. I told him and he advised me to pull around, which I did. He then told me that it was his fault and he would remake it. I waited while he made it and then he handed it to me, we wished each other a good night, and I drove home. TELL ME WHY WHEN I GET HOME AND TAKE THE NEW BURGER OUT, IT’S STILL COMPLETELY WRONG??? Like he smothered it in ketchup, mayo, AND mustard, which doesn’t even come on that burger???? Still no crispy onions either. Super frusterated that I had to spend money, get two super messed up burgers that I can’t eat, and still go hungry after an hour of driving to Burger King and back. Will not be going back to this location. Ever.

I just wanted to take a moment to say how great this Burger King location is. Every time the Weed Man team stops by, the experience is consistently solid—from the friendly service to the quick turnaround and fresh food.
When we’re out working long days, it really makes a difference to come somewhere reliable where the staff is welcoming and the orders are done right. This Burger King never disappoints. The food is hot, the place is clean, and the team always keeps things moving, even when it’s busy.
It’s become a go-to stop for the Weed Man crew, and that says a lot. We appreciate the hard work and positive attitude from everyone here, and it definitely doesn’t go unnoticed.
Keep doing what you’re doing—you’ve got a great team and an even better location.

Burger King really said “it’s your birthday, let’s do it right.” I don’t know what magic was in the kitchen that day, but this was hands-down the best burger I’ve ever had from them. Fresh, hot, perfectly stacked, and cooked like they knew it was my birthday. Every bite hit—juicy patty, soft bun, just the right amount of everything. It honestly felt like a custom-made birthday gift in burger form. If this is how Burger King celebrates birthdays, I’m coming back every year

Well, the only reason I’m giving Burger King four stars is because the assistant manager out on Green Valley really amazing I came through the night before and I have a tomato allergy and there is tomatoes on my burger. I called up the next day and explained to the assistant manager but was going on and he told me to come back up. He took care of my order. It was made right wonderful customer service I understand mistakes happen and he definitely made it to where I’m gonna give this Burger King another chance out here in Green Valley. I would like to also put on a sidenote that the general manager was here last night and my order was still made wrong but the assistantmanager Navarro made it right and made sure I was taking care of

I picked up an order via drive thru today. And I have to say this was probably one of the best experiences I’ve had not just a Burger King but fast food in general. The person that helped me was named Navario I believe. He was so kind, and friendly. The food was hot and fresh and he really was the best and I will be back just because of this.

I go to this location frequently early morning. Norvion is a big asset to your company. When I go, he is usually there by himself taking orders, receiving the money and then handing to order to customer. He always has a big smile on his face and very friendly. That is a big job to do by yourself and stay upbeat while trying to please customers. I just wanted to let you know what a great, dedicated employee you have!!!

Stopped into this location after a long road trip back from FL, and was immediately greeted by Navarro. His energy was magnetic, and his smile contagious- literally 2 days before Christmas.
Additional note, the restaurant and woman’s bathroom were SPOTLESS! Absolutely one of the most pleasant experiences I have had at a fast food resting in a long time!
BK Corporate, take note! If this gentleman is not already leading the region and training others on how to take pride in their work he absolutely should be!

Went through the drive thru today for lunch. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo. Got the window and the GM that took my order was nothing but professional and trying to help me save some money. He told me to get the trio instead and it’s half the price. I will be back just from that experience. The food was fresh and hot. Being fast food I’m never wowed by it by any means but that’s just my taste buds.

Worst burger king ive ever been to. Unfortunately, its the only one in town. They are always out of at least one item I order and by far the slowest service ive ever experienced. Waited to order at the drive thru speaker for almost 10 min. then Waited for my food for another 10 min. as I watched two employees eating ice cream while they waited for my food.
