We come to this Burger King instead of the one in our town. We usually have a really good experience with the workers & with the food. When we went in today around 6:20 PM, I stood at the counter while one manager and at least five crew members stood there talking. They all looked at me but never said Hi or asked if I needed anything. The girl, who I assume was working counter, came up from the back and helped me. She was extremely nice. I noticed that the manager was letting everyone else stand around but was nagging at the girl working counter. All the tables were clean when we arrived. There was another couple in the lobby with us and they left. Soon as they left, another couple came in and just wanted to sit where they were. The manager started being extremely rude to the counter girl & was acting like she didn’t clean anything. The couple just left like five minutes before that other couple came in. I could tell the counter girl was upset but she didn’t say anything to the manager about it. The manager was an older woman, blonde hair and wore glasses. I think it’s wrong for that manager to complain to that girl about “not cleaning” but yet, everyone else was standing around.

I walked in and stood at the counter waiting to be addressed, then left. I swear to god it looked like they had lost customers working behind the counter who walked in to order and simply forgot and started working behind the counter as no one else would take their order. I almost asked if they needed help escaping. However, I decided not to as they looked content to just stay bizzy behind the counter.

Was nice enough to hold cooking my meal until I got to the drive-thru since I messed up on my online order. And would not be there until much later after they made it. Was very nice of them. And they have started to not forget the zesty sauce.
