The only thing they are consistent about is, disappointment. The broiler is always broken down and they run out if things often. They asked me to pull into space #1 cause they were making my 2 chicken wraps and fries fresh, well….15 minutes later, we looped back around and the girl handed us our food real quick and shut the window. Needless to say, it wasn’t fresh. The wraps were room temp and the fries were old and cold. They are the worst Burger King ever. This was not my first experience like this. Its everytime. If I can give lower I would, my husband went in on his lunch brake, working a 10 hour shift and tried to get a whopper with no mayo and no pickles due to him being deathly allergic to mayo. Not only did they have mayonnaise on the sandwich they had an extra amount from what they normally put. I was able to get a free sandwich out of it but he misses his lunch and if he took a bite without looking he would have been rushed to the hospital. Please start looking at your orders!

I have ate here thousands of times in the last 20ish years. I always have very complicated orders due to dietary restrictions, but they always accommodate! Mallory T. is an incredible manager, very friendly, & always ensures that my order is correct. All staff members are usually pretty friendly & nice – they all deserve a raise, they work super hard at this location!

Never get your order correct ,you don’t get something or ask & pay make it large yet get regular size is that hard to read always on the slip correctly. Most the time lately or nugget just the meat on the sandwich is so over cooked you wonder if it’s the day before tossed bk in the deep fry dark brown or almost black and hard a joint doesn’t take scientists put a together or see that it says large. The bank is closing hopefully they put McDonald’s in with decent employees who can actually get it right or sonic something with good service .again melt not even toasted place a joke ,shut it down bring McDonald’s in crew from else where.

Excellent food and service. The sausage croissant was excellent. The only downfall were the slippery floors. Especially right inside the door as you walked toward the counter. The bathroom floors were terribly slippery also as if they had been mopped with greasy water. Other than that issue it was a positive experience.
