It took 40 minutes to receive our order. That seemed quite long for fast food. Our order was correct. My whopper was good, but some of my family did not like their food. The men’s restroom was out of order, and the women’s restroom only has one toilet. Also, one of the two lights is out in the women’s restroom, so it is rather dark in there. My kids were happy about their toys and enjoyed the playplace. Overall, it was just okay, and I’m glad we were not in a rush.

I had the worst experience. I waited 25 minutes after paying for my food. Everyone was on their phone. The lady at the window threw my food at me and then got smart. When I asked for some ketchup. I would never return back to this Burger King again. I never felt the utmost disrespect ever. And I am a loyal customer. This Burger King is not the same anymore. The whole night shift needs to be fired.

This burger King at hannibal, mo was HORRIBLE. Their dining area was disgusting. They had no napkins for ice in their soda machine so me and my family HAD to drink warm soda. The sign they had outside for their drive through which stated their card reader for the drive through was broke, was barely taped on the menu sign so it was hard to read the sign for the customers. The woman taking mine and my families order was texting on her phone and had her air pods in her ears and messed up our order. I’m very disappointed as this burger King is in a high tourist city, very sad

My 76 year old mother in law and I brought my 4 yr old grandson with cerebral palsy to eat Saturday. I have never been treated so bad in my life. After we ate I was getting a to go order for the rest of my family, I waited 45 min then when I asked why I didn’t get the deal offered a woman named Emily was very rude she yelled at me in front of customers then complained about me to the next person in line. This used to be our go place because my grandson doesn’t like playing in public with his braces but we will find someplace else. I called for three days and no one answers the phone.

The staff were nice. But when you order a$10 meal, then ask if you want large or medium, cheese, etc., the price goes up and up. We paid$27 for burgers! They used to be a favorite. Then the diet Coke didn’t work and the women’s rest room was out of order. We had been driving 2 hours and had another 6 hours to go. So we had to find another place to stop to use the restroom. The girls working were nice.

A few weeks ago we went through the Burger King drive through. Even though they were short staffed – our order was correct, our food was delicious, the staffs attitude was impeccable, and we didn’t wait long at all for our order to be given to us. A huge shoutout to Heather and Oliver for taking care of us as well.
No matter the staffing situation at this location or what time of day we come here, whether it’s rush hour or not, our experiences have always went above and beyond our expectations.
