Been coming after work more as of late. Usually get a whopper and mozzarella fries or just the mozzarella fries. Drove up today. A line. That’s usual. Place my order. Go to pay, no one there. Was jt free food day? Did I unknowingly pay for food I could have received for free? Damn. I’m too honest of a person. Told the guy at the second window that no one was there to take my card. Even though there’s a sign that reads, “Stop! Please pay cashier here.” Does that mean I get free food if there is no cashier? Guy was ready and willing to give me my food for free. Also, asked for cheese on my whopper. NO cheese. Just didn’t want bacon this time.

They take way too long to give you the food it’s not worth going through the drive through. Even if u did it on the app. Also got mozzarella cheese sticks for the kids there was no cheese inside. Don’t think it’s the guys here probably the company that they get them from but about 6 of them didn’t have cheese in it.

Always get my order wrong. I actually called up and told them about the most recent mess up and they told me corporate would send a free meal through the mail in a purple envelope because I was unable to go back up and get a replacement. Guess what never show up in the mail, that’s right! That purple envelope! Do your self a favor and go next door to Culver’s!!!

It’s Jan 4th, and they’re still polluting the air with Xmas music. It took them twenty minutes to get around to making half of my food. Massively overpriced. Only reason I came here is that too few places sell *food* before 10:30 (pancakes and biscuits are candy, not food).

Kid at the drive through was fantastic and super sweet. There was a sign up saying they had a new system and they were still trying to navigate which was no problem for me. Got home and realized my order was forgotten so I called back and asked if I could have it refunded. The gal told me I would have to drive back to the store for a refund. I asked her even with the receipt to look up the order and she said she couldn’t look it up. I’m not driving a 30 minute round trip for an order they forgot. I’ve managed restaurants and know all systems can look up an order with a receipt number. Pretty disappointing.
