This Burger King location understands one important rule of life: sometimes you just need a Whopper and some peace.
Pulled through the drive-thru and the crew was friendly, the food was hot, and the fries actually tasted like they had just been knighted fresh out of the fryer. The Whopper was stacked properly too, which is a rare and beautiful thing in the fast-food kingdom.
Is it gourmet dining? No. Is it exactly what you want when the hunger monster shows up at 9pm and starts making life decisions for you? Absolutely.
The place was clean, the order was right, and the staff handled the line like seasoned burger veterans. If you’re in Arnold and your stomach starts yelling “WHOPPER!”, this spot will take care of you.

I was given a milk that was 100% open. And not only was it opened. It was sticking to the sides and clearly curdled. I called the store and asked to speak with a manager to let them know that this is possibly something wrong from their distributor, and she tried to tell me that they don’t come with a cover on them. Upon looking at literally any other with the milk… it does come covered. I’m so happy that I did not give this to my child.
Don’t eat here. You’ll have better luck eating at the Valvoline across the street.

these people don’t know the left from the right. i asked for extra sauce on my sandwich and got little to none. i asked for apple sauce in my kids meal and they didn’t give her any side at all. by the time i finally got the order correct i came back to cold food i could finally enjoy. thank you guys so much for demonstrating on how to be the worst burger king in the history of burger kings

I never wanted to make this review, but neither the owner nor the staff seem to actually care about the quality of the food they put out. Time and time again, I will have things wrong with my order, and even if I leave them with a survey, nothing ever happens. Ever since they added “halvsies” to the menu, I’ve been trying to get them whenever I come there, but the issue is that “halvsies” to them means “throw one (1) singular onion ring into the box”. They will gladly take my money for the upcharge, but I won’t ever get what I actually paid for. Also the second-to-last time I was here, I ordered an 8 piece nugget, but only got 6 in the bag. That’s 25% of the main course missing from my order, and I only found out once I drove home. Please just go somewhere else. This burger king location does not, will not, nor will ever, care about you as the customer. The experience at this burger king is akin to being robbed, and then given food in pity.

Well apparently one of the girls that works there took offense to me ordering food through the drive-thru and decided that she was going to change my name on the order and receipt. When I drove up to the window to get my food she asked what my name was. I told her my name and she made some kind of condescending remark or chuckle or something of that nature and handed me my bag. When I looked at the name it had been changed from my name to what you see in the photo attached to this review. I was very appalled by her behavior and unfortunately I will no longer be visiting this location that I have been visiting for the last 5 years.

I ordered an original chicken sandwich meal and got a burger bun not even two one cut in half with my sandwich not the bun it’s supposed to be on I work fast food and you don’t do that just don’t sell that item or let the customer know that you don’t have the buns if I would have known I wouldn’t get the right bun I would have chose something different half of the chicken isn’t even covered by bread very upset with my experience tonight

I ordered a Delivery and it was completely wrong. I work at an office and can’t leave for my break. I ordered a meal and fries with a soda. I got the soda correctly. The burger was all garden when I asked plain with ketchup and mustard. Also didn’t get my fries. Whoever is working today is doing a terrible job of paying attention. I hope no one else deals with this today too!

Not the place for Fast Food. 3 times in a row, I try to go because there’s no cars in drive through.When I get up to pay, they asked me to pull forward beause , it’s gonna be a couple minutes. McDonald’s is right around the corner people. Cheaper too.

Worker obviously don’t care about their job every time I go in my order is wrong I’ve been there three separate times to have it fixed and three separate times it is been messed up they are a terrible business and you shouldn’t waste your money they don’t care about you or your order they just want your money.

Shout out to violet for taking my order and answering all of my dumb questions patiently. Even saved me a few dollars by combining my order with a combo which I didn’t realize to do. The food was great and hot even when I got home.
