Water shortage shouldn’t have anything to do with cold under cooked fries. I paid for a large coke with the combo meal and received a warm 12 can of coke. I understand the boil order affecting ice and fountain drinks, but your alternative is cheating the customer.

Went there this morning and was greeted by silence at the drive thru kiosk. Then after promptly saying “I’m ready” the lady said one second. So when she actually took my order I was like okay maybe it won’t be bad via the food. Well I get up to the pay window and I’m sitting there for 15 minutes without being told anything. Not a “hey it’s gonna be a second” or ” hold on while we finish your order”. I could see the lady walking around absolutely doing nothing like she was the star on the movie clueless. The place reeked like marijuana bad. And I don’t want people to be handling my food with that stuff on their hands. Regardless I ended up leaving after sitting there for 15-20 minutes. Worst burger king experience I’ve ever had. Never paid for my food or ate either.

I ordered just after breakfast ended, bummer, but the staff mentioned they were out of several breakfast items anyway. Staff was very nice and prompt. I had wanted to add onto my order, but I think it got overlooked and I drove away without mozzarella sticks. Oh well. The chicken sandwich was good, the fries were good (never salted enough), and my soft drink was just right. Overall a delightful fast food experience, which seems far and few these days.

Had three items on my online order. All 3 items were incorrect down to the size of my drink. I tried to contact the location via phone. Was unable to connect to a live human. But was allowed to “leave a message”. That doesn’t refund my money for a incorrect order. It’s a pattern in my experience with this location. I won’t be back.

Nice and ve y clean in dining room and toilet. Sandwich was made with care and was as ordered no mistakes were made. Noticing the person at the counter make the order clear to the prep person putting the food together. I will continue to spend money here if this keeps up 😮

Employees were great. It’s just the advertisement of 2 Whopper Jr’s for $5 was basically 2 cheeseburgers. There was nothing else on the sandwich. Doesn’t Jr’s still come with the same condiments and dressings as the regular Whopper? I got 2 plain cheeseburgers. Oh well, it’s not the ruination of my life, just wondering?!?
