I went through the drive-thru around 1pm on a Tuesday. The woman taking the order at the speaker cut me off every time I started to say something and rushed me to make an order. Then when I got to the window to pay she didn’t say anything at all and grabbed my card while holding a lukewarm, wet, dirty cup of tea with no ice for me to take. And a wet straw. Gave me my food and didn’t say a word. Just handed me the bag and shut the window. RUDE rude rude And the food sucks. The onion rings are mushy and cold and taste weird, and the burger is old. I didn’t even attempt to drink the tea…just threw it away immediately. I tried 2 onion rings and threw those away also. Took one bite of the burger and it went in the trash. My last time here.

I ordered on the app and was given an approximate wait for delivery of 27 minutes. It was delivered in less than 10 minutes. The food was amazing and they were super fast. Troy BK is doing a great job. Thank you so much!

Absolutely disgusting breakfast, couldn’t even eat it. Smelled so badly of fish coming from inside the restaraunt and the food tasted like dirty fishy grease. Literally can’t get the taste out of my mouth after one nibble. Staff seemed visibly agitated and annoyed with each other. I always think, oh, I’ll just grab some fast food because it’s cheaper than going to a nicer place, but at this rate I’m just throwing away money at these cheap places that don’t care. Have some pride in your job!

Wasn’t fully able to have it my way at BK. The King would be disappointed unfortunately. Ordered and got my cup for my drink and they were out of at least 5 different sodas I wanted. The wait was also definitely out of the realm of normal waiting time for a fast food restaurant and there were many people waiting on their food in front of me.

Has recently started getting orders wrong consistently even during hours they have hardly any customer traffic. This latest time today they forgot got an entire meal and when I called them the manager said “I just got here. I didn’t forget anything,” in a really snobbish voice. You can tell over the phone he didn’t want to be there. This has been the type of service I’ve gotten the last couple times from this location. At least they usually are quick to apologize and reimburse me. Not sure what happened because this used to be the best BK in the metro area.

So we came in at 2pm. They took our order food came quickly. We told the girl behind the counter the tables were dirty she came out immediately with another person and both cleaned the entire place. Tables, floors, walls they cleaned everything. I made sure to pull the girl aside and tell her thank you for acting so quickly. Great food and people. The only BK we will go to and we live on the opposite side of Edwardsville where there are 2 other locations closer to me.

Place is trash!!!! I went there today, ordered at the drive through. My total was $7.11. I pull up to the window, I wait 5 mins while a blonde haired lady is swapping out every cash register drawer… still waiting after 5 more mins. The blonde then proceeds to get someone to take my money. The girl says “what did you order?” I just look at her in disbelief. She takes me $20.11 and says “Did you get the whopper jr meal with no lettuce,tomato and onion. I said yes but then she says “the honey ranch wrap” and closes the window. She comes back to the window with less change than what I should’ve got and I proceed to tell her I only got a meal not a wrap. My whole order was $7.11. This girl gets someone else and again waiting and waiting. I had to get to an appointment and I decide to honk my horn to get their attention as it’s been well over 15mins. I told the girl I just wanted my $20 back and that I am going to be late if I keep waiting. She gives me my $20 back and “I’m so sorry”…. So I didn’t get a meal and they got 11 cents for being idiots. Mine you the girl had some white film on her mouth that was extremely disgusting and I’m rather glad I didn’t get food from there! I will never go back!
