I had came in on January 26th at 6:54 p.m. I had spent $40 on food. After waiting 23 minutes in the drive-thru for them to get my food. The time that I had to wait was not my problem it was the fact that I was missing items out of my bag once I had checked it. Then I proceed to go into the lobby to let them know that I’m missing three items and the cashier with brown shaggy hair that is a male…… Told me that I was lying and that he needed to see the bags because he knows he put them in there. So I walked outside and 8 in of snow got my bags and came back in and as I walked back in he wanted to hand me a bag and tell me oh no no no no no I got your food right here. After calling me a liar in front of two other customers and telling me that he put them in my bag. It’s just a common courtesy especially in the fast food industry not to call somebody a liar over to 8 piece chicken fries and a jalapeno bites. Something that simply costs $10. I will not be returning to this facility.

Ordered online. Not impressed with the ordering system. Ordered the mushroom Swiss melt and added onions. They didn’t have the correct buns, which was fine. Burgers barely had mushrooms on them and no onions like requested and were cold when I went to eat them 5 minutes after getting the order. Overall, I can’t really say that the burgers were with the $5 I paid for them. Very disappointed

Went to this BK for the National Cheeseburger Day. I needed to order one on the BKapp. I couldn’t pull the app up to order. A person behind the counter couldn’t help me. He said “I don’t know anything about it!” I left with a Cheeseburger, but paid $7.59! Disappointed

How darn cute is this location. They always say “you are king” when you go to drive-thru!!!! Loving this! I can honestly say that this is one of THE best BK’s! I have never had a wrong order and everything is fresh!

I eat here probably a couple times a month when I am craving fast food. The employees have always been friendly and professional the restaurant looks clean and maintained and my food is always fresh and good. It’s really the only fast food place I will go to in Wood River.

After a 20 minute wait in the drive thru, we got our two orders of onion rings. The one order was hot and the second order was not even edible. They didn’t even taste the same (mystery how can that be)! That was a waste of $5 and some change. The team members seemed stressed. BUT hey, they did smile.

This is the best Burger King in my area. Ashley N. always gets the order right. I have been going here for a couple years. I have never been parked waiting on an order. The sandwiches are hot and made to order every time. Keep up the good work everyone it’s amazing.

My son’s review of the sausage, egg and cheese croissant. 10 out of 10. The egg is very good. Also it was very hot and he devoured it. He also calls them sausage breakfast burgers.
