The Whoppers are amazing but I had a very bad experience with customer service. I called the cab when I first walked in and they charge a dollar a minute waiting and when I asked the girl at the cash register what was going on with my food she literally just completely ignored me somebody else had to answer me and I literally couldn’t get this cashier to talk to me she was like having a panic attack because I was in a hurry and trying to get my food it was ridiculous. If the girl literally can’t turn around and ask the cook what’s going on with my food she should not be at the registered. She like panicked it was insane I wasn’t rude or anything I just asked hey do you know what’s going on with that I’m in a hurry

This place should be closed down. We’ll first off the chicken sandwich ordered come with a hair in it. The sad part it was a MANAGER cooking the food. Then when we took it up too the counter. The manager looked confused. Sorry wedid not order your hair in our food. Then we asked for ketchup for our fries. We were told sorry we don’t have any. That’s funny because the next table over from us got some. Oh the ketchup dispenser where ketchup should be. WAS VERY NASTY DIRTY. Then the wall behind it had rust all over or mold. I didn’t look closer. I have called Corporate and made a report also. I suggest that you avoid this dump. Or get hair as a bonus in your foods

Women at the front counter of the drive thru was one rude and two had a poor attitude all the while cussing. She had made us wait 10 minutes just to give us someone else’s food when ours was just sitting on the counter.
