Went for a Burger 12/29/18 8pm. Food was excellent but had to wait. But i didn’t mind cause it was fresh plus the cashier was nice. She had a nice welcome smile and really Nice/cute my favorite burger king out of all around town.

Did a drive thru on the first cold morning of the year. The lady was very pleasant, all be it cold, but we received our food and hot coffee quickly and were on our way. Nice to have an interstate adjacent fast food place that really is fast…and friendly.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Bathroom, tables and drink station were clean. Our order was prepared the way we wanted it. Fries were fresh and hot.

Place had no one else in the building yet the employees seemed unsure on what they were doing as if they were busy. Then we had to listen to employees yack about other employees the whole time. Nothing worse than listening to this crap. Wouldn’t come here ever again.

This was my worst fast food experience ever. Salad did not come as ordered. Salad greens were sour and soggy. Complaining did no good. This was in Oglesby. Will not be returning to any Burger King. Ever.
