Tasty fast and delicious. Burger King never disappoints. The store is very clean and is conveniently located and actually has plenty of parking. There is a small play area for little kids. It is big and open, and it wasn’t busy at all. Five star!

Haven’t been to a Burger King in a very long time but will definitely be back to this one. Staff was very friendly, the food was just delicious, the play area was super fun and the whole place was clean and inviting. Grandson loved the mozzarella sticks!

November 24, 2025 at apx. 3:00 pm at inside counter. The kids at the register literally hassle every customer, making all of us repeat our orders multiple times. The poor lady in front of us was forced to repeat her order FIVE times. I understood her the first time, but each time she repeated it, register lord would just shake his head, laugh and repeat it back to her wrong. He seemed pleased with his ability to jerk customers around in this way. Because of him, the line was much longer than it should be inside a BK at mid-afternoon on a Monday. Both my husband and I ordered 2 cheeseburger meals. We had to repeat that too, and even then we got attitude because we asked for “regular” (the size that was on the menu) and were told -angrily- that there was no regular… only small, medium or large. I mean… ok… get it right on the menu then. No ice at the soda machine and no one cared. We waited awhile for our food because of the long line. Took it to eat on the road. The fries were fresh & hot… the only bright spot of the whole experience… but we only got two of the FOUR burgers we paid for. Not turning around on the freeway to go back because I’d rather starve than have to deal with that cashier and his long line of captive customers again. But only getting half our food is sych a ripoff that it only seems right to let others know to avoid this place.

I just want to say that I love coming to this Burger King. The food and service is always great and the workers here are very kind. I wish all fast food restaurants were like this, but I’m glad this one exists. Thank you to the staff for always making everyone feel welcome here. Cheers

Best Burger King in Rockford, Never have had a problem at this location. Compared to the East state location. Always seems to be well taken care of and I always get good service. The play area is nice. Recommend

They were super rude when I told them I had a coupon to use. They wouldnt accept it, even though it was valid! I have proof it was valid, and thwy gave me nothing but attitude! Told me I’d have to pay full price, and ive never seen that person before, they must have not wanted to input the coupon in the system for them to be that rude to me.
