Although I rarely review fast food establishments, this particular location compelled me to share my experience. I selected the 2 for $6 special, a meal I’ve enjoyed in various parts of the country. Unfortunately, this Burger King proved to be the most stingy, as it provided a paltry two slices of ham for the double meat option.

First the item I requested was “out of stock” but then was corrected. I wanted a diet coke and they almost gave me a Dr. Pepper, and whe I asked for two mozzarella stick orders I only got one. Worst drive thru I’ve been to by far.

I went through the drive-thru on Wednesday and realized when I got home that Burger King forgot to include the 2 wraps I ordered. I called and spoke to a younger guy who was really nice. He apologized, took my name down, and said I could come back to pick them up anytime.
I came in Saturday, and the situation went completely downhill. I was greeted by someone named Dulce, who said she was the manager. She immediately asked me for an order number. I giggled a little and told her I didn’t have one, but I spoke to the guy right over there—who I recognized from the drive-thru window and his voice from the phone. He even confirmed he remembered the call and the issue.
But Dulce still acted like I was trying to scam them or something. She came back and told me that *next time* I needed my order number, in the most rude and condescending tone. Then, she had the *audacity* to tell me that *I* needed to come in with a better attitude next time. I came in perfectly fine, but yes—I was annoyed after being talked to like that.
This manager should not be dealing with customers. I guarantee I’m not the first person she’s treated this way. She clearly doesn’t know what good customer service looks like. I won’t be back.

Okay, so I usually don’t make any bad reviews on restaurants because, hey, what if this person had a bad day and such. But today, me and my mother had the most rudest encounter with an employee through the drive thru.
Happened around noon and we went to the intercom to order. This employee was this older lady, black hair with a lot of grey hair mixed in, her skin was tan and complex, and was sorta short, maybe around 5’1-5’3? Obviously intercom order are hard to take, I’ve worked in fast food before, so I tried to be loud as I can. Didn’t even get through all of our order at all, just got to 1 item and this employee just cut me off and gave us the total.
So, we went to the window and tried to explain that we didn’t get to finish our order, and the same women just said “It’s hard to hear and you didn’t say anything else, so your total is $___”. Me and my mom just stood there shock and I tried again to explain, but she just said the same thing and was giving us this irritated face. So my mom just said we didn’t want anything anymore, and this lady just said “okay” while slamming the window on us.
It was super unprofessional and hopefully that burger king will deal with such rudeness because I know that’s not how one is supposed to be treated, even if one has a bad day.

Last Sunday in the late afternoon I ordered dinner through drive thru and a female worker in her mid to late thirties suggested I was high and asked “did you just smoke weed.” It was a very strange comment, I can only deduce that she suggested I was high because unfortunately I have an eye issue, which I am extremely conscious of. This really upset me, so I explained to the employee that I have an eye issue. She then commented again on my eyes and said they were “pretty” in an attempt to withdraw her rude comment. This upset me so much I will never go back To this Burger King. Hopefully Wendy’s or McDonald’s has better customer service.
