Food is warm 50 percent of the time and online and in store signs say they close at 12:00AM daily but I everytime I go past 10:30-11ish the OPEN sign is still on and i get no answer at menu board(lights still on). Staff probably wanting to get out right at 12 so they stop taking orders early which is kind of irritating considering I left my warm house to get get a whopper

I came to get chicken nuggets and when I took a bite out of one of them I found this inside my nugget, like what in the world is that black spot, after that, I throw away the rest of my chicken nuggets wishing I have check them before eating since I could have eaten one of these black spots in them, I will return when the food is a lot better.

They need new management here. Apparently it is impossible for their manager to look up a coupon code because the physical coupon you have in hand has a small hole where one digit is supposed to be. Not exactly astrophysics, but I won’t be back, good luck.

Horrible experience. Ordered through the app. Food was supposed to be ready 7:01. Food not ready til 730. Told they are short staffed. Yet 5 people are working. Food tasted OK. Just not fast food.

Food is always fresh and hot like one would expect from Burger King. It’s always smooth using the drive-through except for this last time, last weekend. The young lady who’s always there to take care of us was suddenly removed right when we pulled up. She was at the order prep area looking like she was ready to cry and the manager was at the window. His manner was surly, terse and not at all hospitable; the opposite of how customer service people should act. He needs to be retrained or fired.

This Burger King is good, their food is great, but the only thing is that manager doesn’t seem to be the kind of guy to treat his employees with much kindness, all the working employees we’ve seen are really nice and kind, but the manager is the only person I seen that doesn’t, please treat your employees with kindness.

The service can be slow at times but the restaurant is clean and easy to find, the food is good and they have a tv to watch as well as high chairs for the little ones.

The place is good, and the food is ok, but one thing I have been noticing is that the manager doesn’t seem to like it when customers use too many coupons, cuz one time when my family used a coupon at this place, the manager gave us a look that seemed that he wasn’t approved of coupons, but the employees don’t mind it when we do use them.

No matter if there is no one there, you still have to drive around and wait.

1040pm on a Friday and they are clearly closed with an open sign on. Hours say open till midnight. Guess they had other plans…
