During this visit I went to drive thru. Customer service was dry. The order taker/cashier was expressionless. No greeting, no good vibes it looked like they didn’t want to be there. I ordered a shake that took a long time to make. By the time I received it, it was melted and not very cold. I will not be returning to this location.

This was the fastest,most accurate,and most polite BK I have been to in years! I was in and out of the drive through in 5 minutes. Where i live it will take 10-15 for a combo meal! Great job guys!

Came in on 1/24/25 around 8pm with my brother and had thee best experience ever at a Burger King. Micheal was managing the whole lobby, cleaning and taking orders, and also doing the drive through. His customer service is more than exceptional; took our order immediately, made sure we had everything we needed including condiments, the lobby was spot clean, food was super hot. I was dropping food on the floor and he said not a problem. Burger King is lucky to have him and whatever he’s getting paid isn’t enough. If only we can clone him and put him everywhere. Just went to this location for the very first time with my wife, and it was the best Burger King that we have been to, in a while. The food was Fresh and extremely hot. Also, you can just tell the difference from it being made fresh compared to them microwaving the food that has been sitting under a hot light. We were truly Amazed . Service was Fantastic too. I will definitely come back to this location.

This place is awesome i came in today around 12:30 the customer service was the best i’ve have yet. When the boy handed me my food he told me to have a great day and to enjoy sadly i wasn’t able to get his name and i couldn’t give him a tip. The food was fast and ready like always and it was good i can tell the people that work there are hard workers and love to bring smiles on peoples faces when they give them there food.

My bf and I were just reminiscing on a time he got a burger from here. I had one bite and my taste buds exploded. It was hands down the best burger we’ve ever had. And the workers were very punctual and nice. Anddd the price wasn’t as bad as other fast food joints are.

One of the employee’s, Tony, made this experience awesome. He said this wasn’t his main location but he still treated it like it was. My first order of hashbrowns came out a little overcooked but I wasn’t bothered by this but a little bit after I got my food he asked for them back and gave me new ones that were cooked better even though I hadn’t said anything about it. Tony also was just a great guy and truly made us feel valued as customers and he went above and beyond, whether it was just talking to us or giving us stuff thats his “own recipe”. Overall best Burger King experience ive ever had.
