Honestly so disappointed, the manager in that location is a Mexican woman who just yells at her employees, I witnessed it the other day it’s just truly sad. We’re all humans and should be treated the same and as a manager it does NOT give you the right to treat the employees differently. Where is cooperate? They need to take action and fire that manager margarita. My husband and I won’t be eating there ever again cause it’s sad to see management take advantage of their position. Also saw how the cook was on her phone while the others weren’t… terrible horrible unfair management. Again corporate needs to TAKE ACTION.

This location has a terrible lying manager. Supposed name is Willa. She took my order at 5:41 and told me to pull up and wait. 20 min later at 6:01 as she was handing out another order for the 5th time I asked her where my order was. She said I’m sorry I have a lot of orders. ALL orders were taken after mine and were made and brought out to the customers. I said okay I want my money back. I ordered a burger, french fries and mozzarella fries. She said I’ll get it for you now. I went in and as I did she was telling her cook to make the mozz fries. I said no, this is terrible service. I want my money back. Then when I got my refund she added on the receipt for the reason, “don’t want anything” Excuse me? I wanted my order but you didn’t make it and I waited 20 minutes and watched you fulfill other orders only to hear you lie about why I didn’t get my order. Why did she lie? She knows the reason for refund is because she made me wait 20 min as she served other people, and then decided to make my order 20 minutes AFTER I asked where it was? This was a basic simple order. Yet it got skipped? No thanks. Never going here again and I will be sharing with everyone and suggesting they avoid this location at all costs. Good job Burger King. Is this the type of service you strive to provide your customers?

Well right now it’s Saturday night December 7 2024 as I’m sitting right here dinning in, for some reason I went into Google maps and I started reading reviews, well to keep it short, I see potential in this place with more staff, there’s only one guy and the manager, while the manager is packing the orders obviously another people are waiting here anyways, it’s a burger king people so, I recommend ordering with time Thru the BK App and save time, I understand we always on the Go, but yes this place have potential if they hire more personel at least one more people food for me it’s a 6 in a scale of ten, place is clean, there’s some gang banging stuff written on the back of the door but overall I’ll come back some time, maybe.

Worst customer service ever. I asked one simple question, “what’s in it?” as i wasn’t sure exactly what was in the burger, and the lady at the speaker replied with “by itself?” and laughs. That’s not cute love. Drop the attitude, if you don’t like your job, simply find a new one. I continued with my order and she kept cutting me off, “by itself?” “what drink?” “what sauce?” Let me finish my order and then i’ll tell you? BK do better with your employees, it’s embarrassing for your restaurant.

The food was hot and fresh service was on point. The only issue was when servicing people that don’t speak Spanish everything should be said in English. No problem with them speaking Spanish but be respectful to others

Food had mold on it, when I came to try to return it they told me to keep the food and return with the food tomorrow to talk to a manager. After some words they called the manager on the phone and she was at a party! Saying it’s BK policy not to refund.
