If I can leave a 0 I would I stay across the street from this place. The lobby is always locked the line is always wrapped around the parking lot, the staff is extremely rude and very slow. There is always only 3 workers in the store the reason they are slow. I would go to to calumet city or south holland before I ever visit this place again. I waited 25 minutes for a whopper and another 7 for a refund just to say they couldn’t do a refund……. Pissed me clean off done gave the food away

Ordered mobile pickup at 12:38. Was asked by the rude lady with the red braids to pull around to the door and wait 5 more minutes. Waited until 12:56 for my food while being harassed by an employee saying how pretty I am and asking a million personal questions through my car window which made me uncomfortable. When I got my food everything was fine except the shakes. They were half empty and not mixed at all. Half of the shake was just unmixed Oreos at the bottom.

Veeeeery slow service and after waiting nearly 30 mins inside for 3 rodeo burgers (extra sauce with cheese), a pie, and a shake. They give me 3 burgers that got cold waiting and were extremely dry with a dab of sauce on them for the shake (which I had originally asked for a frappe but the machine was down) but at least they were nice enough to toss a couple sauce packets in but the burgers and bun were dry and very unsatisfying, also no spoon or straw for the shake.

Drive through person was kind and took my order right away. Also the managers really do their job in taking care of customers. Names Tunisha and Gina, I been a customer for years in this location and my food was always good and fresh. I love the breakfast and lunch so much. My last visit I order a whopper and it was delicious and it seem so fresh.i just need to say thank you. Also my favorite cook is Jackie she is an amazing young lady.

Worst bk ever don’t go here unless you eat crackhead food. This is supposed to be the new chicken sandwich but it was refried. I told them no Mayo add lettuce tomatoes and cheese. They added the Mayo and only put A pickle on there. I’m starting to think These restaurants are only hiring High functioning retards
