Came here early morning before work and ordered a sausage croissant with no egg. Well I checked my order before pulling off and of course it had a egg on it… Informed the cashier who took my ordered and she argued me down stating I didn’t say no egg ! When I asked for a refund since she wouldn’t change the sandwich she told me she’s not refunding me because I opened the orange juice !! She set my food on the ledge of the window outside and shut the window! She also wouldn’t give me her name to report her ! Worse service ever!!

DONT VISIT THIS PLACE, 4 days ago my feelings were so hurt, this is the worst I have ever experienced they need to be closed. The cashier with those multi colored ghetto braids has the smartest mouth to be serving the public,uneducated and crazy looking, she caught me on a good day. We ordered 2 whopper meals 19 dollars plus tax, she asked did we want ketchup my husband said bar b que sauce she gave 1, he said I need 2 she stated 59c he said there are 2 orders, if policy is 1 per order than we should have gotten 2, she got loud eyes rolling in her head, and I explained we are from Texas and didn’t know just give me ketchup, she stated “well go back where you get free stuff this is Chicago we pay taxes” and proceeded to talk loud to get the other few people to join in, and was saying how she live in oak park etc. Well first of all dummy you are working in Berwyn Il, and where’s my senior discount? offer that first before a 59c sauce, 2nd she did not have a hair net or gloves on handling food and money with them nasty braids swinging every where. I live in both states where I pay taxes, the bathrooms were not working, and while she was loud talking she could have been wiping off tables they were nasty. This is the last time I’ll ever visit there, the manager Ashley M, needs to retrain or find some people friendly cashiers that know what city they work in.

Slow staff we had to wait for two meals restaurant wasn’t that busy. Food made my wife and i sick I’m going to the er we been throwing up all we eat was from this restaurant! Came through the drive through. And was rudely told to come inside to order.. went inside and the cashier was already in a bad mood. Rude to the man in front of me, I asked her why and she stated because he had a large order.. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal. Medium and a double bacon burger. The bacon burger didn’t have bacon on it, and the medium drinks are near all empty in the machine and flat. Also no medium cup lids. Management needs to do some serious retraining.

I was in the area running errands decided to stop in, one of my kids favorite place for a snack. This has to be the worst location I’ve ever visited. When my order was taking, I attempted to get some clarity on the order I immediately got attitude from the cashier. Against my urges to leave I decided to take my order and dine in with my child all I can hear is profanity coming from the 3 person staff located feet from the dine-in table our food was Luke warm. You will think with only 3 guest the food will at least be hot!

Usually rushing to get breakfast on a run. Once again a recent visit, this time for lunch, I was Not satisfied. Somethings missing often, whether it’s napkins, ketchup or straw. There were mistaken orders but that was a while back. Though really, what is it with their attitudes? Not to mention, a receipt is never given or asked if needed. Prob so we don’t return after completing a survey to get free sandwich.

Drive-thru. Check your receipt and doublecheck your food. I was charged $1 for extra cheese. I didn’t ask for it. And, there was no extra cheese in the sandwich. Was already home. The Popeye’s on Cermak, near Harlem did that to me a few weeks ago via drive-thru. Charged me for something I didn’t order AND didn’t even give me that thing. Isn’t this stealing?
