No straws with that type of cup you need them , my whopper was ok not great that whopper flavor is only half there very bland. ,fries warm not hot I wish fast food restaurants Would keep in mind that a customer would gladly wait a few more minutes when everything tastes as expected.

Stopped at the BK in Huntley on Saturday Night. I got there just at closing time but the employee working the drive through was awesome about it . I did not know they closed at 12am on a Saturday but he insisted it was okay for me to order and he would make my food fresh for me even though it was the last order of the night. It took about 5 minute but the food was fresh and good. Great service. A lot of other drive thru’s probably would not even taken my order if I were there right at close. Thanks for the good service.

Went on Friday to the drive through waited 10 minutes no one spoke to me in the second lane, let three people in from the first lane. Fine, went on Sunday ordered an impossible whopper(vegan) stated “no cheeses Mayo or pickle” with a garden salad. The cashier made a smart remark “it doesn’t come with cheese unless you ask for it” cool, wait a while, pay for my food, get home open the bag, large fries and a beef whopper….

Saddest looking whopper I’ve ever eaten. Tasted old. Fries tasted reheated. Not sure what they were doing while I waited, because it definitely wasn’t making fresh food. I was the only one in line.

I never make reviews almost never but here I am this is by far the worst Burger King I’ve ever been too mainly for customer service they offer deals and when their app doesn’t work right in front of them proving it’s not your fault before you even get a chance to say anything the manager of all people is quick to tell you he’s not going to help you and the sad part is that was just a discount on a drink!! Don’t bother going there thru the drive thru in a hurry you’re gaurnteed to be stuck waiting even if there is no one there, no line no one inside and they make you wait to order never have their shakes machine working for weeks on end because the manager clearly doesn’t care which makes the workers of care as well and it’s clear as day this new or just new to me manager should be trained on how to be a manager!! Stay away from this one.

We waited 10 minutes in drive thru for a whopper, fries, nuggets & shake. I asked her how come it took so long, in a nice soft voice, supposed to be a fast food. The drive thru woman answered me with an attitude saying bec we are short staff and she gave me a dirty look. She was rude. Doesn’t deserve a star at all. The fries and nuggets were hard. Fries too salty. My kids can’t eat what we order.

Won’t be going back. The app sucks. Won’t use the address of the store near me even though I have selected it and it shows a heart on the app. Then, virtually no one in line yet it took 15-20 minutes to get my order. Then it was wrong… missing an item… so I parked and walked inside (wasn’t going to wait in line again). By the time I got the missing item, the other stuff was almost cold. And they didn’t offer to upsize it or anything. Won’t be going back.
