i usually come by and grab breakfast here, but after today this will be my last time coming to this establishment. the manager with the strong accent is extremely impatient. she expects your coupon to be ready before the order or else she will send you back around to “restart her clock” while in the drive through. whenever we order extra sauce she will give attitude and tell us i will be charging you extra for every sauce. which im okay with just dont be mad about it. again i dont recommend coming here mainly because of the poor service i receive from her.

Went thru the drive thru tonight. The whoppers and impossible whoppers looked and tasted great! Fries and onion rings were great too. Looks like this location is making a come back!

The manager was super rude I work in customer service all my life and not accommodating the customer is just ridiculous. I ordered a combo when I always get upcharged for the oj and she argued that she wasn’t going to do it I always visit the Dundee ave and north McLean location in Elgin and never have an issue !!!!!
This needs to be addressed in a more professional manner ! Btw I went to McDonalds bc they never have an issue with making the customers happy !

If you order doordash /Uber eats from this Burger King expect that they will neglect to include the associated and necessary side/condiments that are supposed to be a part of whatever meal item you choose. It’s happened to me every I’ve ordered from them. (French toast sticks with no syrup, mozzarella sticks with no marinara, tacos without taco sauce packets, etc…)
It also seems like Russian roulette whenever you request for them to leave certain condiments off your sandwich/burger as well.
And of course when this happens, there’s nothing you can do to fix your meal as a customer in that situation because you did delivery.

Update: March 1, 2024. I have eaten here many times since my orginal review 6 years ago.. Stopped in today for lunch. Pre-ordered using the BK app. Received free fresh doing so. Had the Texas Double Whopper. Very good. Team members were friendly and quick. Store was clean and looked nice.
2018:Visited mid-afternoon. Not busy. Staff was friendly and service was quick. Food was normal/standard BK food without problems.

decided to go to burger king to get a burger after work, when i went to the front door, both doors were locked i saw employees clearly looking at me but not coming to open the door. after discovering that both doors were locked i went to the drive thru instead, but the line was so long and clearly wasn’t moving. also witnessed some people try to go to the front doors but discovered both doors were locked, they clearly shook their heads out what seemed to be frustration because why does this location have their doors locked at 3:30 on a monday evening?

Manager there is very rude. I specifically asked for no mayo on my whopper and they continued to argue with me saying I never said that, regardless can we just make it right. This location is ridiculous and I will take my buisness down the street
