No cause you all need to count your days cause i get doordash and i ordered an swiss cheese and bacon chicken sandwhich along with other food, i literally walk past my brother saying he didnt like his onion rings as soon as i sit in my room to watch a movie im eating this sandwhich in the dark,i feel just like i took way more than enough bites to know this isnt a simple screw up and when i look at my sandwhich oh im gonna be sick,what is this amalgamation im never going to this burger king again

This is what they call “light mayo”? I asked for light mayo and got extra, extra mayo instead. I’ve always had good experiences here before, but this ruined it. Soggy bun and a big mayo mess. Waste of $5 and had to throw this out, which I hated doing because wasting food is literally a sin in my opinion.

It’s one of my favorite burger places, but the customer service is awful! Nobody listens to you, nobody cares about what you want , have to wait for long time to place an order while nobody is in line. I hope management work on customer service!

Staff is great, very helpful ladies, busy but they were very efficient! Place is very clean. Bathrooms are clean, which is always a plus! Definitely our go to bk around the area not too busy

After more than 5 years without visiting a Burger King, I decided to give the Arlington Heights location a try, and I was pleasantly surprised. In the past, my experience at other locations hadn’t been great, but this time it was completely different: the restaurant was spotless, the service was fast and friendly, and the food quality was excellent. You could tell the team was dedicated and took pride in their work, delivering a perfect experience from start to finish. It’s inspiring to see how commitment and effort can completely change the perception of a place. Congratulations to the entire team for doing such an outstanding job!

I ordered takeout and picked it up going trough the drive trough. When I got home I discovered that my burgerpatty was badly burned (see picture). When I called in regarding it and asked for the manager, the employee that picked up the phone tried 3 times to pretend that she calls the manager over and then hands off the phone to the manager. Though she answered the phone herself again. After her 3rd unsuccesfull attempt to impose as the manager, she said that the manager is busy and can not come to the phone. It turns out the lady that answered the phone was also the lady that made the burger. She claimed that 2 similar burgers were made at the same time and those customers didn’t complain. She tried to convince me it was normal that the patty looked like this.
I hope this location is able to be managed better and hire better people soon.

Got two meals for $12 + 8-piece nuggets = $15. Good for a quick small bite, sad news the whopper is no longer on special . The place didn’t have much customers, my fries were nice & fresh; can’t say that about my sandwich.

Every time I come I order at least an hour ahead of time so my order will be ready at a specific time and I wouldn’t have to wait when I get there. 80% of the cases I get there and I wait at least 20 minutes.

They absolutely microwave the double cheeseburgers here. Bun is always scalding hot. The one on Rand doesn’t and the difference is outrageously noticeable.
