A lot of us were lined up at noon and it took forever! I placed my order, whopper/no cheese and lg fries. I sat at the window for close to 20 minutes before it was handed to me. I get home and the fries were dried up and cold in the center, the hamburger looked and tasted like it was last nights toss out! The bun was dried out and the hamburger was burnt. Absolutely, disgusting! I can only afford to go once a month and to spend almost $10 on food that was inedible was sickening! Do better! I love BK but not this time.

this place is easily the cleanest BK lounge I’ve ever been to. Not many people around at lunch time. The service was nice but super slow. One guy seemed to know what he was doing and was really carrying the team working hard. Food was quite a bit different from years past, granted I haven’t eaten here in a while. The whopper jr. Duo deal is great. Avoid the “onion” rings. They are weird.

Gave us room temperature burgers, we used a coupon and the food got out very quick. When we got home we find that the fries are hot but the burgers are room temperature and nearly cold, our fries how ever were still warm. Fast service but I can tell that these burgers were old and sitting on the warming table.
I am disappointed by this. The lettuce was no longer crunchy as well, a tell tale sign of a old burger.

They have told me multiple times to pull around to the front of store because they weren’t ready which is time manipulation. I placed an order online and paid and they said they didn’t have a cook but I know for a fact that all managers are trained to cook so that’s total bs. #IJustWantMyFood

This place must have an issue with DoorDash since they never seem to understand the clear instructions of NO Mayo & NO Ketchup on a burger. I get once or twice but it has been a consistent issue for the last 2 weeks. I like the food from here since it’s the only menu available for someone like me who works night shifts for 40-50 hrs a week. 0 stars for service. Whoever they have “working” here has no pride in their work. We ordered online, picked up, and got home to find cold food, half filled onion ring container (see picture) and a missing large fry that we were going to split between us and the kids. The last several times we’ve tried to go and give them the benefit of the doubt, we leave completely disappointed. Never again. What a scam!

I ordered from Uber eats and my burger was soggy, had so much mayonnaise on it I’m surprised the wrapper wasn’t in pieces, the bun was torn in half on the top. Absolutely disgusting. no clue how they are even open still. My burger patty looked like it had been stepped on and had weird stuff all over it.

I eat here a lot. I was quite shocked at the lettuce on the burger at my most recent visit. All of the food was cooked well and tasted great. But this lettuce is a bit scary. I might not be back at this location for a while.
