I didn’t receive everything that I ordered and when I called the store they were like oh what’s the name on the order? This is what came through. I understand what came through. I only called to say I was missing items. You’re overwhelming yourselfs and rushing and messing up orders it’s also really sad when the managers are constantly telling the cooks what they need and y’all put your strive through before y’all do y’all‘s mobile orders and mobile orders and DoorDash are supposed to be put out first because they are on certain times Burger King needs a complete new staff and complete new management. I will no longer be going to Butte Burger King.

Would give 0 stars if I could I’ve been 3 times and all 3 times they ask what sauce then don’t give me it. The soda was watered down and as far as the food better off going to town pump their hot box would be fresher. Then when I called to see if they would make it right I was given attitude by the incompetent staff while I was explaining how they messed up. I was then told they couldn’t make the meal fresh. Could only make the chicken fries over but nothing else

Stopped for a quick breakfast on the way out of towm. They were out of biscuits forcthe sandwiches and apple juice. Waited in the drive through line for over 15 minutes because someone in front was waiting for their order. Seriously, have the person to pull around so the rest of us can get our food and be on with our day. We waited when we got to the window, I could see my order sitting on the counter next to the window. And to top off the experience, the bacon and sausages in our sandwiches was burnt to a crisp. Never again stopping at the Butte BK for breakfast.

Customer service has always been excellent when we come here. The food on the other hand isn’t consistent. The chicken sticks and mozzarella sticks where over cooked this time. The fries where cold. The burgers where excellent.

Ordered DoorDash tonight. My 3 kids and myself usually get this deal if we order Burger King. I add cheese to some of them and one has nothing. Tonight I received 2 whoppers, two fries, and two onion rings. Now I have to figure out something else as this won’t feed my three teens and myself. What a joke. It states at the top “Royal Four” meaning it’s going to feed 4 people! ♀️
