Honestly about a yr ago this place wasn’t it, but the last few months we been here with the kids its been quite pleasing, ate there today and our food was place was clean, and customer service was very polite. & I think they changed up the buns and the Texas whopper(s) and it made that sandwich 10x better & wait time was very good for a family of 5.

I just came thru noticed the drive thru was a little more than I wanted to waited. So I go inside, wow the entire lobby is cleaned including the tables, they even put crowns on the tables. But what really impressed me was how quick the person on at the counter got my order done. The food was so fresh that I got home and it was still hot. The front counter guy even checked my order with the cooks and physically through the bag before handing it me. He was so professional and personable not only with me but with the staff. Kudos guys and gals

This is day 3 in town… the bathroom was disgusting and it is beyond obvious that the bathroom doesn’t get cleaned. This toilet looked the same 3 days ago.. its gross here. If you go do not go to the bathroom here.

Whoever is working the window right now and the cook, they are the best workers I’ve come across since moving here. The food was hot, the fries were even hot!! They deserve a raise or something because everytime we have come here so far it’s been horrible we actually stopped coming. But these two I will come back for. It took 37 minutes to get 2 hamburger s, 2medium fries, a milk shake, a drink and a chicken sandwich Ordered inside the store! Meanwhile they did like 16 plus orders thru the drive thru not counting the other people who came in and ordered! We ordered fresh but I’m sorry I been a waitress of 30 plus years NEVER AND I CAN SAY NEVER HAVE I HAD TO WAIT THAT LONG FOR A FRESH ORDER!!UGH!! Sat in drive through for 30 minutes. Watched seven cars leave. Took forever for the first car to get to order. I only saw two people working. Felt bad for the workers. If you can’t get enough workers you might want to close the doors. This is horrible to have a fast food business this slow because of not enough staff.

Great customer service, but I was on my way to work and dropping food off to my husband and taking my supper to work and we got a bundle deal they forgot our fries and onions we on my whopper which I’m allergic so neither of us got fries and I didn’t eat anything. I know simple mistakes but when it allergies I can eat it if the touch it.
