This store MIGHT seem clean in the lobby (only sometimes) but the back is disgusting. Hood vents never pulled in the back, grease builds up behind fryers so badly it drips down the wall and forms a pool that reaches all the way to the drive thru window, and it never gets cleaned. Black mold in the walls from the numerous unchecked water leaks they’ve had in the past. If you feel sick after eating their ice cream, it’s probably because they don’t clean the machine as much as they should. Employee behavior is toxic, often rude or ignoring customers to be on their phones. I’m really wondering how they got a 96 on their inspection when 2 violations lists like 7 different things that basically equate to “everything needs to be cleaned”. If you don’t believe me, I’m posting a screenshot and some pictures. Don’t punish your teenagers by making them work here, it’s not fair to them and give them a horrible idea of what a workplace is supposed to look like.

Burger King isn’t what it used to be, and the Rapid City locations really drive that home. Service is consistently slow, the dining rooms and drive-thrus feel worn-out and neglected, orders frequently come out wrong or missing items, and the staff seem overwhelmed or indifferent. Most frustrating of all are the prices—they’ve jumped dramatically while portion sizes and overall experience have gone in the opposite direction. You’re paying premium fast-casual prices for a standard that’s fallen well below even basic fast-food expectations. There are much better values in town these days.

The food was indebile, cold, and stale. The food when we recieved was supposed to be as described as “Burger King emphasizes its burgers as being made with “100% beef, no fillers, no preservatives, no additives, no nonsense” and highlights the “savory flame-grilled beef.”The burgers and fries are in deed not as describe, were awful. After taking not only two bites of our burgers and fries, we threw up our food. This is extremely upsetting and awful for a burger joint.

Deciding on going to the Burger King nearest to our home was a horrible idea. Though we went through the drive thru to order our meal. I specifically took my time to order for our family of 5, as well as reading our order on the display board and the order taker even verified verbally that our order was placed correctly. We pulled up to the windows, paid for our order and waited almost 10 minutes for our order while we observed through the window that the employees and manager were wasting time, conversing and delaying to handle our food as it sat waiting to be bagged. After finally receiving our food and driving all the way home we sorted through our purchased items and noticed our order was incorrect. Toppings that were meant to be removed were not removed even after all of our specific ordering process had already been verified.
Upset about the entire experience a family member refused to eat their food, throwing their entire meal away.
Wasted funds. Wasted time. Though I doubt anything will be done to rectify their efforts, I doubt our family will make a return any time soon. If ever.

Got a quick snack here on Valentine’s Day at about 5 pm. It was the best fast food I think I ever got. The hottest chicken sandwiches and fries. Thank you!

Tried to order the ultimate steakhouse whopper, got an orgional whopper, called in and the guy that answered my call was great about telling me what my options were, I got my replacement and it was a texas whopper with nothing but jalapeños and bacon, will not be back

3 workers on a Saturday lunch service manager in dirty clothes not friendly or helpful not only to customers but her staff. Dirty tables everywhere ketchup container completely empty, tbe drain catch below the drink and condiment station completely filthy.
Only 1 other customer inside i stood there and watched my burger with vegetables and stale chicken fries under the burner for 10 minutes the cook noticed but did nothing tbe manager once again nowhere to be helpful.
This place probably needs a city inspection check and I dought it would pass!
If your the franchisee reading this you should take more pride in your restaurant.

Longest wait I have ever sat through in the drive-thru. 30 minutes and could leave as I was blocked in otherwise I would have went somewhere else to eat.

I guess I should’ve just threw my money out the window instead of stopping here for food tonight. Food was nasty and cold. Nothing was hot at all!! My nuggets were too hard to eat so I threw them in the trash. If the employees hate their job so bad they should just quit. Whoever runs this place is not doing their job!! I will never come back here ever again!!
