I ordered breakfast this morning and I can say I’ll be getting breakfast somewhere else from now on, my breakfast was cold and tasted like it was sitting over night. Didn’t appreciate that one bit as I was expecting it to be hot and fresh, my dasher was fast so I know for a fact it wasn’t my dasher but it was the restaurants fault on the quality of their food. The only thing I enjoyed was my orange juice and my iced coffee which is sad as I spend almost $30 on my breakfast.

If I could rate this 0 I would. It’s unclean, unsanitary and the staff are next to unless. Do NOT order online, they will tell you they have it then that they don’t. They don’t offer you a refund or any other help. They default to “this is your problem and contact your bank.” The man who claims to be a manager is rude and unclean, no personal hygiene. I’m so glad all i did was pass through Watertown, I can’t even begin to understand how they are still in business.

Litteraly the last 4 times I’ve gotten food here they have been out of the special, it’s just dumb to advertise it on the menu and be out of it all the time, like take it off the menu then? Food has always been delicious and service always fast I just think it’s pathetic to be out of the special all the time not a huge deal, but somebody should be told this.

Stopped on 10/01/2025. The guy working the drive thru definitely needs to clip and clean his finger nails. Just Nasty. Maybe wear gloves.

I’ve been here a few times and not once have I been satisfied with my meal. The employees act like they wanna throw your food at you and never smile. I’ve gotten a burger from there before tonight and it was cold and gross. I’ve ordered mellow yellow everytime I’ve gotten food from here and it’s always soda water with no syrup. I checked my burger today and there was ONE tomato, two SMALL pickles, and the tiniest bit of ketchup. Safe to say I’m never coming back to this location ever again. Don’t waste your time nor money here.

No icing for the cinnamon rolls and when called about oh are you sure there wasn’t a package of icing. Like it’s my fault they didn’t check it.
