My wife and I decided to come eat this evening and wanted to sit down and enjoy a fun environment. Only to our devastation to arrive around 8pm to find the lobby doors locked and the staff uncaring. We then proceeded to attempt the drive thru avenue only to be sat on stand by for over 5 minutes. Ultimately just deciding to reverse away and go spend our money elsewhere. We enjoy Burger King however I think is not recons this location. Lack of care and integrity within their staff.

So I went in around 6pm and thier lobby doors were closed garbage bags were left outside it looked as if they were closing their lobby early if there is a staff shortage I understand but this isn’t the first , or second time this has happened to me this is the 4 time this has happened three the year I was told the lobby was closed due to staff shortage but I am beginning to think after the 3rd time that it’s just staff being lazy and not wanting to deal with customers. I ended up driving to the burgerking on russel the food was great it was hot and fresh and customer service was great they made up for my inconvenience.

If you stop at this location avoid doing so in the evening. The crew is the absolute worst. We special order a couple sandwiches because of food allergies, and the person allergic has once more had to either go without or order from somewhere else. The special instructions are either missed or outright ignored. This is a regular thing with this store. Either the food is wrong or something is forgotten. Not going to bother any longer. I really appreciated the deals during Walmart+ week 2025. I took advantage of about 5 breakfast sandwiches and 5 junior whoppers over the course of the week. The last trip I did on the day before the promotion ends, I wake up with foodborne illness. I saw only 2 people on all my stays and the one guy was always providing prompt service. Something tells me my food was not handled with care which is why I’m now vomiting my brains out on a Sunday. I will continue to avoid this place at all cost as I was prior to the deals as I never come here for food. *Edited after discussion with same guy who helped during that week. *

Well, I ordered the $5 duo, whopper jr. and told them to go heavy on the onions. What a joke. I won’t be eating there again. Charged me extra for the onions and when I got home, their sure wasn’t any heavy on the onions. What a rip off.

People don’t care how fast you make a burger. People care how well you make a burger. I’m disappointed every single time lately. I”ve been coming to this Burger King and many others for many years. Why is the food always cold? I quit ordering cheese on the Whopper. It’s just as cold as when it was peeled off the block of cheese. Square edges and never melted. I have a special order whopper. No may, no ketchup and add mustard. I can say it nearly perfect every time. Just serve hot burgers. People want good hot and fresh. Make it fresh. Those 50 patties you cook once every hour leave many dissatisfied customers. It’s no longer a cheap meal either. Terry
