Love this Burger King. I live 30 miles from park rapids i go to town once a week or so,I always get the same Double Texas whopper,always dine in.the burger is always hot and fresh looking just like the picture or better,the fries are always spot on great. Staff is friendly and you dont haft to wait very long atleast I never do. Always consistently good always go there every time I go to town. Like today! Lots of benefits of there rewards too!

Lunchtime drive thru lines where long. Felt like they where understaffed for a lunch rush. Sat at the drive through for longer than expected even with it being lunchtime before they even asked us what we wanted to order. Guy at the window was pleasant and helpful. Seemed like he was doing his best. Just felt like the location was not prepared for lunch time rush. Always have to double check we got everything. Drive through middle screen has been busted for a long time and damage to the left screen for the left side drive thru.

I love BK, but this was sad. The food didn’t taste right, something was weird with the burger. Staff was friendly but didn’t listen when taking the order due to only getting one item correct which was just a soda. I wouldn’t choose this location again.

I’m usually not a big BK fan, but the Bacon Cheese Whopper meal I had today at the Park Rapids location was pretty darn delicious. Add to that a raspberry ginger ale from the super fancy Coke machine in the lobby and I am one happy dude. Fries were hot and the Whopper came out as ordered without nasty tomatoes. I’d come back.

I ordered 2 orders on trios bacon cheeseburgers. 3 cheeseburgers do not have bacon on them at all!
I called the store and they’re going to make it right. With Bemidji being without power and their stores are closed down for storm/tornado clean up everyone is getting slammed between the storm survivors and the reporters.
This may have been a contributing factor. Normally I don’t have bad issues here, that’s why we come often.

Most Burger Kings are OK, but this one is pretty great. My food was cooked just the way I wanted and quickly, and the staff were very nice.
The new design is fantastic and doesn’t try to overcomplicate the looks or try to look fancy. The touch screens to order food, as with the app, is easy to use and super convenient.

I get breakfast here from time to time…. It seems like they had some operational issues when they switched to a new POS system a month or so ago, but things seemed to have leveled out. I always get what I ordered, they are as quick as I would expect them to be (and they NEVER ask me to pull up and wait at the curb like another local fast food drive through), and the drive through ladies are always very nice, happy morning people!!
