Ordered food for my friends and I, when we went to pick up the food. They gave us the wrong order but we didn’t realize until after we return with the order. We sent someone back to get our original order. When we returned, we were told to return the food. In clear violation of FDA policy. Once food leaves the drive thru or the restaurant in question. It is considered possibly contaminated. I find this highly ridiculous that we are being asked to return food to the location to possibly be used for someone else’s food. This is in direct violation to both FDA standards on fast food and as well as serv safe laws for safe food handling. Extremely unprofessional and unsafe practices.

These prices are entirely too HIGH…$22 for a couple of Jr. Whoppers 2 small fries/drinks and a pie…OHHHHHH ANNNND there was a large piece of “PLASTIC” IN..THE..PIE!!! I called the facility…went straight to voicemail annnnnnd…THE MAILBOX IS FULL!!!

placed an order on doordash. someone went to pick it up and got told they don’t have an order for me. then they showed proof and they said “oh someone else picked it up” no they didn’t. refused to give the dasher my food but i still got charged for it!! also wouldn’t even let him order in store for me!!!

Waited at the drive-thru for over 5 minutes to be helped with our order, no problem. Ordered a double cheeseburger meal and a spicy chicken sandwich meal. After 15 minutes of waiting to pay, we got our drinks, the soda was flat and had no ice. I returned it after they came to the window again about 5 minutes later and said I would like ice and the pop was flat. They put 4 ice cubes in for a large pop. Lol. Took the food home & when our friend ate some he noticed his Spicy chicken sandwich was RAW. Half an hour in the drive-thru total and got raw food.

Good food. I had the new Mexican Original Chicken Sandwich, but it could have been better if there was a bit more sauce on it and not so dry. That was the main reason I chose to eat here was to try that new kind of sandwich. Service was good, friendly staff. Atmosphere is good, but it’s quite dark inside this location. It gives the vibe that they aren’t open with it being so dark. It was quite cold in the dining area, but the women’s bathroom was warm. I have been to this BK location several times since the time I wrote this review the first time. On a different visit, the women’s bathroom was not clean-there was toilet paper on the floor and the floor was sticky.

Went here on the night of nov 22nd. Workers are rude and only talk to eachother. They also stare at you if u look at them wondering of you got all your food. Im very unsure if u gave me everything if you shove the to go bags at me and say nothing.
