They get 2 stars because the 1 employees was actually working. 1 guy I think may have been drunk or on something. Kept getting told to make stuff but kept walking away from his station. I was asked if I wanted marinara for my mozzarella sticks. I said yes and I got Buffalo sauce instead. I was OK with that more than I was with the 30 minute wait time. The mozzarella sticks were sitting there the whole time it took to make my sandwich so needless to say…cold. can’t say I have had this bad of an experience at a BK in a long time. Should have just had microwaved a burger across the road at the gas station. At least it would have been warm. The one employee actually working was Amber. She had beautiful eyes. If it wasn’t for that they would get 1 star or less for this visit.

My family and I come up here quite often for supper because our Burger King is closed. We have never been disappointed until today’s visit. Spent over $50. Asked for no tomato on one sandwich, no mayo on another. It took almost 30 minutes to get our food, which would have been fine if they were incredibly busy, but they weren’t. There was our car and one other car. They forgot one sandwich when they brought us our food and our request of no tomato and no mayo went unheard. And yes, it was specified on the receipt that we ordered that way. One of the employees has long curly hair and was standing around and over the food/ingredients with no hair net as well. Also, the bun on the whopper Jr. We ordered was rock hard.

The food has always been good and the service has always been great. The biggest problem is the app with deals never seems to work there. (But works at other BK just fine every time) Which has been a problem for over a year now & for some reason the owner or GM doesn’t want to figure out the problem & get it fixed regardless of whether it’s a corporation issue or store one. Which frustrates me as a customer because you would think they would care about their customers enough to want to pass those savings on to them but apparently not.

I’m writing this for the staff of June 24th 2023. The food was prepared to perfection and was delicious which I wouldn’t really say about a fast food place. But it was. In addition the dining room was spotlessly clean. Good job!

We were traveling went thru drive thru about 815am. The food was HORRIBLE we took one bite and thru away. Food had been sitting WAY too long. Bottom of croissant was rock hard. We drove to Jackson and went to McDonalds. 1000 times better !!
