Ask for a medium #1 with a Dr. Pepper. Drove to pickup, took a bit for anyone to come to window, he gave me a coke, shut window, I waited a bit, he opened the window, I asked if this was a coke and he said yes and I told him I asked for a Dr. Pepper, gave me the Dr. Pepper, no comment from him, sorry about that. Wait for my food a bit. He gave me my bag, it felt very light, he shut the window, I opened the bag, no fries. I waited, he came back. I said isn’t there suppose to be FF, he took the bag, came back and handed me the bag and shut the window. This was about 1:30pm. I am not from Waseca but this is not very good customer service, so poor. I haven’t read very many good comments about this Burger King here on line, sooooo sad. Customer Service is so easy to do, get someone else to run your drive up window on a Saturday afternoon.

Total of 4 cars in the parking lot. Ordered at 3:49 pm then waited in the drive up for 15 1/2 minutes. When the lady handed me my melt she did say she was sorry. Got home open it up and of course it’s not toasted at all. And like every time I’ve ordered there you pick it up to take a bite and stuff is falling out every where. Definitely my last try at Waseca Burger King.

Today I ordered the Mexican Whopper. It was very good, hot and fresh. The fries were not and fresh. Restroom and restaurant dining room was clean. The BK app was not working very good. Did not show the new pickle fries and later, the $1.00 whopper. Finally worked. It was good for 11/12/24 only up to 1 million shoppers sold nationwide is my understanding. The order taker was Karen. She always has a smile on her face. The restaurant is being decorated for Christmas when I was there.

I’m giving up on this location. I was given a large soda directly from the freezer; hard as a rock. I saw him do it. I actually had to explain twice why I wanted one that wasn’t frozen. Ever since that day, the guy has been a complete jerk to me. From now on, I’ll give my money to McDonald’s across the street. They are a ton friendlier.

Staff has always been curt, unprofessional. An average 10-15 minute wait for orders. Food is sometimes good, sometimes sloppy and rushed with excessive sauce creating soggy buns.
Personally, we’ve given more business than they earned and I’m over it. Try A&W or hit up a restaurant in town. There are several in the same price range as this fast food joint.

It was around 1 p.m. when I entered Burger King it was very nice and clean. The lady at the counter was also very polite. I was going to order two milkshakes but unfortunately the one time that I want to get them, the milkshake machine is broken. And that’s why I have taken one star away but anyways it was a good experience I ended up buying some food. It was a very good experience I will definitely go back there, I just hope next time that their milkshake machine isn’t broken LOL

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and only got a cheeseburger.
What a joke.
Extra star given because the fries were good and hot.
Ended up going to McDonald’s down the street to get a big Mac and I used the extra lettuce from that on my chicken sandwich.

I had to wait 25 minutes in drive through on a Sunday afternoon when there was literally only three other cars in the parking lot. My food order was missing some items, my shake was completely melted liquid, my chicken was burnt, and my burger was not warm. The staff was rude and did not even apologize for the long wait. As I started talking to tell her my shake was melted and ask about the missing food items with my order, she shut the drive through window on me already and quickly walked away. The only reason I didn’t give them a one star rating is because they just opened this location, and hopefully they can recover and get a manager to actually train their staff how to work well together and be respectful and caring to their customers.
