I’ve been going to various fast food locations in this area for the last two years and made my way to this location today, by far the best Burger King location I’ve eaten at in years. Food was fresh, looked well prepared (legit looked like i got the burger from a plate in a commercial). Highly recommend this place if you’re wanting that taste and feel burger King used to have.

They’re just cruising right along here in Elk River. Usually there’s only 1 or 2 workers here tops. But they do a phenomenal job producing hot fresh food for a reasonable price. And they almost always have a smile on there face when I go there.

My wife and I decided we didn’t want to cook lunch today and that we’d DoorDash some BK. Everything was fine on DoorDashes part. But BK got our entire order wrong. We ordered 2 double whoppers with no tomato add cheese which didn’t have cheese and had tomatoes. We ordered a cheeseburger for my little 4 year old daughter which they forgot entirely. We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches with no mayo or lettuce add cheese for my other daughter and guess what? It didn’t have cheese and had lettuce and mayo on it. You guys obviously do not care enough about what you’re doing. So my 2 daughters wouldn’t eat their food. This is unacceptable. Do your job.

This location has been terrible for the last few months or more after their great manager of the last few years left. I’m sure she’s on to bigger and better things. She was awesome!

Now they have terrible service and product. I stopped going for at least a month after waiting close to a half hour for a single meal. The food was subpar.

Today I decided to take a chance with them after work, since the next closest Burger King is over 20 minutes from my home.

My onion rings were bad. I wish that was the worst thing. I ate close to 3/4 of my burger and found a LONG HAIR in it! I’m bald……

I immediately took the remainder back. They offered to make me another burger. There’s NO WAY that I’d eat it. I asked for a refund. The GENERAL MANAGER got involved to process the transaction. He commented that the burger was almost gone, with an attitude. I kept my cool and asked if I’d done something wrong. I guess I was supposed to just throw the rest away and go on about my day…..

The GENERAL MANAGER gave me a dry apology with my refund. I feel like I inconvenienced him.

How would you feel if you found a hair in the burger that you were eating? What would you expect as an apology? Remember, I was dealing with the GENERAL MANAGER. No offer of a gift certificate or anything to keep me as a customer.

I’m never going back there! I’ll go out of my way to the other location.

This Burger King needs to be shut down. Every time I go here it’s atleast a 15 -20 minute wait for even a small order. The store is short staffed and the employees always seem very confused and tired. When you walk inside the employees are running around panicking in Spanish. It’s unfair to them and it’s unfair to customers to have to deal with this weak service in 2026.

For the past several months, the staff have gotten most orders wrong, always insist you park up front during a drive-thru even when no one else is present, and have difficulties understanding or clarifying ordered food. My most recent trip I almost walked inside because I’d been waiting for 21 minutes. When I drove the couple minutes home my food was cold and one burger was completely wrong. I’ll definitely find any excuse to go elsewhere now.

Worst service ever. Not only do they always get your order wrong but they make you wait forever as well. Worst service ever. The owner needs to do better. Employees are lazy and can’t even get a simple order correct.

Went thru the drive tried to order 2-$5 cheeseburger meals(which accordingto their websiteshould have $10.and change), repeated order twice. We couldn’t understand employee working the window. He kept saying thank you drive ahead. Get to the window he says $5 something for 2 cheeseburgers we said no we wanted 2- $5 cheeseburger meal deals he charged $19 and change. This is not the 1st time we have had issues at this particular Burger King, but it is our last. Ridiculous!

The absolute worst fast food service I have ever received. Walked into the restaurant and ordered food and processed to wait 25-30 minutes for my food when it was not busy at all. I feel absolutely horrible for the doordash guy who sat there and waited with me. He lost money for orders that where generally easy and very close to the restaurant. His order was wrong and my order was wrong as well. Had 3 + groups of customers walk out before ordering there food. I would have done the same if I had not already paid for my food. Absolutely avoid this bk. It is not worth your time . This is coming from a generally passive person who normally would not care about these sorts of things.
