Waited in the drive through speaker for 7 minutes before I even got to give my order. Then went to pay for my food and he said it was going to be at least 5 to 10 minutes to get my food. I told him to cancel my order. I had to get to work I didnt have that much time to wait for a 6 pc chicken nuggets and fries.

Today was ok. The #2 is my go to. Usually it’s a hot, Texas size, spicy burger of goodness. With jalepenoes, onions, pickles, lettuce, , cheese, mustard and mayo on a sesame bun it gets the taste buds going. But today it was just warm and quickly put together. are good when fresh and I get my pop with no ice because it takes the fizz out.

Very disappointed. I rarely eat at burger king but love a double whopper every once in a while and unfortunately they didn’t deliver the product im used to. You could tell eating the whopper that the consistency of the ingredients wasn’t quite right, like the proportions are something was just off. The people weren’t very friendly, it took a very long time and the lot and drive thru area were pretty dirty. To be fair, I could see they were understaffed. If you are going to eat in this area, I would skip this one.

I don’t give many reviews (this was needed though) and I don’t typically like giving my brutally honest opinion, but here I go. Every time (and I mean every time) I go to this Burger King location the service is extremely slow and I don’t receive all of the products I’ve ordered. It honestly amazes me how consistent a location can be at doing such a thing. I don’t come here often and they still manage to not give me my correct order.
Today, I ordered four Whoppers and received only two (maybe I didn’t hear about the two Whoppers for the price of four deal?).
For some reason I keep giving this location another chance, but this is clearly my last time after losing money consistently from them. I think to myself, I cannot be the only customer that deals with this situation each and every time. Slow service and not receiving all of my order seems to be the only issue I have with this location too. I hope I save some future customers some money with this review.

This.. this is why I have not been to a BK in months. Continuously messing up orders. Rude service, seems to always be an “inconvenience” that you ordered from them. Order number AND receipt shared with this post so you CANT say I didn’t order it that way this time. It’s on the receipt!! Major fail
