I ordered 2 impossible whoppers, one with only ketchup extra ketchup and one pickle, one with only ketchup cheese and bacon. They were both AMAZING and looked like someone actually took their time making them. The bacon was perfectly cooked and evenly aligned along the patty and there was just enough ketchup. And the best part was the one pickle. One perfect pickle with the icky middle missing. The lady at the window was super nice, and that cooking team knows how to get it done right. Thanks for the great food. Keep it up.

This was the worst fast food experience I’ve ever dealt with. We ordered 3 meals plus one kids meal at 9:08pm. After waiting for 30 minutes we still had not received our food with the exception of an incorrect kids meal. Nobody knew how to even refund our money when asked. The cook however had enough time to come out and scream at me and my family. My kids and wife were scared of him without exaggerating. The head store manager was called to assist with the refund and informed me that it was because of a manager that left. However the lack of training here is at least partially hers. We finally had money put back on our card and left at 9:40pm. Do not eat here would be my opinion. Hardee’s served us just down the block in 5 minutes flat and with smiles. I wanted to call someone with the ability to fix this place but nobody could assist with a phone number for that either including the store manager

Haha The kids serving us were a hoot. Great communication and service. The two we saw were outstanding in patience and humor while we tried to figure out our phone coupon. She, the order taker, couldn’t have been nicer. We left there happy to have met a couple of happy fast food workers. So rate. Only attitude they had was of good cheer and helpfulness. Food was as expected from Burger King. All food requests made well.

Just leaving the drive thru and the gal taking our order couldn’t have been more disinterested. If she cares this little about the impression she’s making on guests then how much care goes into prepping and making the food? I know it’s fast food and you get what you pay for but it’s no wonder that there are lines for all the surrounding fast food joints and yet no line at BK. But don’t let the lack of vehicles fool you. You’ll still be waiting as if there were. To add insult to injury they ran out of an item we ordered.

The store was understaffed but the staff that was working were hustling. We waited a bit because they needed more workers and they had a large crowd to serve. The one girl working the register was wonderful and the food was hot and delicious! If you do visit this location and get frustrated, stop, look at the situation and then determine what is causing certain things to happen. I was frustrated at first but realized how few people they had working.

Stopped in today for lunch and was greeted with buckets and cups catching water from the leaking ceiling. I almost turned around but the line at McDonald’s was crazy. The cashier was super friendly and thorough with my order and the orders of the other customers that came after me. Food came out for everyone within 5-6 minutes and I didn’t see any problems. The reason for the 3 stars is the condition of the building. It’s in terrible shape, outdated and needs a refresh. Floor was sticky, carpet dingy and bathrooms were not great. Food was good so I would return if they could get this place updated and cleaned.

Absolutely horrible!! Pulled up at drive through and told “it will be a minute.” 10, yes 10 minutes later my husband places our order, mind you, it is not busy, AT ALL. He orders onion rings instead of fries, they repeat our order back to us without mentioning the onion rings, so he adds that back to reiterate. She responds with an attitude “yeah, I got that.” We proceed to the window, wait another 15 minutes, no exaggeration, with absolutely no interaction of a human, not even a “hey, sorry for the wait, it’s busy”. Nothing!!! Multiple times we contemplated to each other, “ should we just pull away and go somewhere else” Then she opens the window and we pay, a bit later we get our food and pull away, cold food and no onion rings and no ice in our drinks….not a good experience. Would not recommend!!!!

I wish I could give them a minus 5! First off, if the manager would have made this right and compensated me for their error I would not be writing this review. But they deserve every bit of this review and then some. Like I said, just some simple customer service and I would not be writing this review. SLOWEST & RUDEST SERVICE EVER!! After sitting in the drive thru for a record 23 minutes, the lady hands me a bag of food. No apology for the unbelievable wait time or nothing. Guess what?? Wrong persons order! I bring the bag of someone else’s food order in and the rude manager says “Hey, it’s not my fault, I just got here” It is now going on 30 minutes since I ordered in the drive thru and nothing but rudeness and bad attitude from the manager. I asked for my money back (because who knows what these people are going to do to my food now) She refunds my money with NO APOLOGY, no compensation for wasting a half an hour for nothing!!! I got the receipt to prove it!! 30 minutes from order to refund!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BURGER KING UNLESS YOU DON’T MIND WAITING 30 MINUTES FOR THE WRONG ORDER!!!

Waited 30 minutes for food. My wife, child and I stopped on the way to Minneapolis. I ordered a whopper, wife ordered a fish sandwich, and child ordered chicken fries. My whopper was made immediately, chicken fries about 8 minutes later, fish sandwich was 30 minutes. Fish was so overcooked it was chewy, chicken was cold, and my whopper was soggy due to sitting there. Also offered nothing for the wait. Only good interaction was the counter guy who was constantly hammering the kitchen trying to get the customers their food. Will not be going back after that one. Used to go all the time when we frequently went to grand casino. Service has declined drastically over the last 2 years.

This Burger King is not a place you want to stop and get your food. The place looks and feels like it has not had a good clean in ages. The bathrooms were very dirty. There were flies everywhere and the wait for food was long. Final thoughts, Go to the McDonalds next door and don’t waste your time here
