Ive never gone through a drive through for something as simple as chicken nuggets and been told to pull up to the front door and wait for 10 minutes when I have to go to work. I literally just got chicken nuggets and they couldn’t even make those in 10min. You’re a fast food restaurant what are your workers doing, I just left without a refund, the service is a joke.

On 12/21/25 around 7:15pm pulled into the drive-thru to pickup my burger and fries I ordered through the app. I wasn’t expecting much but boy was I blown away. Ordered a Texas Whopper and a large fry, both were prepared to perfection. Whopper was hot and toppings(bacon was so crispy I almost shed a tear while eating) were fresh. Fries were so hot and fresh I couldn’t believe it. I had to get on here and give a HUGE shout out to the gentleman on the drive-thru and the young lady who prepared my Whopper, they made my experience nostalgic. My burger and fries really looked, smelled and tasted like it was from the 90’s, one of the stronger eras of Burger King. Great job Burger King Team, can’t wait to come back

Very rude people. I ordered like normal when I went to my car to check everything since it was a to go order and I forgot my chicken fries so I went back in and told them and they had a rude look on their faces. They handed Leave the chicken fries and I said thank you and they just walked away. Definitely will be going to a different location.

I ordered a 12 piece chicken fry and went to the window within 30 seconds of ordering on the website. They got me my order immediately. The chicken fries were old, dried out and disgusting, obviously sat there for a long time. I get that it’s burger king, but I worked a 12 hour shift and had not had a meal yet today. Was also the only car in line.

Just got a Texas whopper from the drive thru on west college Ave in Appleton. Got it home, my first bite into sandwich just loaded with mustard, so much it was like drinking it, it’s all I could taste. Disgusting, never going there again

My second visit wasn’t as great. The floor was dirty, tables were dirty, a tray left on one of them, then I looked up at the ceiling and noticed stains on the tiles and lights not working, one of which looked like it was about to fall out. Food is good still but they were out of the cotton candy slushy. Staff were nice.
